I just love these people so much! I was in Florida for the year last year and no one compared. I searched for years for a good nail place and they check all my boxes. Friendly communication, comfort, (including massages when your nails dry and they ask you ahead of time if you want one), good prices for the work they do, if you're unhappy about anything they accommodate, punch cards, free lotions from time to time, I can go on and on! I highly recommend them. This review was long overdue. I wanted to add to my review, since I noticed others have mentioned their nails breaking, if you go in and tell them you broke your nail, they fix it for free. They accommodate everything. read more

I am a regular for pedicures at another nail place but they were closed when I had a free moment, so I came here instead. Staff wasn't personable, and didn't speak to me unless there was a specific reason to, and just spoke to each other in their language the whole time. I think my girl was new or an intern, she kept calling another girl over, who kept showing her things and speaking to her in their language. Made me a bit nervous.... The pedicure took forever and the "massage" while my nails dried? Was EXCRUCIATINGLY painful. She was so rough and even when I asked her to be a little more gentle, she wasn't. This was the first time I went to this nail salon, and I won't be coming back.. They are very clean, and they take their time to do your nails. My manicure was super cute, and the shape was very nice. However,..... for their full set they use gel. Gel is very expensive, and is not that strong. I'll start out by saying I go every 2 weeks to get nails and toes done at my home salon. While in Rome, went in for a manicure and pedicure based on recommendation from a friend who goes here. Switched ladies in between pedicure and barely had anything done beside your standard wash the feet and trim nail and do cuticles . Manicure came out bumpy, uneven and patchy. Tried correcting twice. Staff is Really is nice , they make you feel like you're at home there , they address clients by their name and are really good at keeping appointment times . I usually go there with my toddler and they treat her so well . I recommend this place for any one , any age it is truly the best !! Also if you're into getting your lashes done Mia is the girl to go to she is a magician when it comes to that . I spent 3 hours... 3 hours in the salon for a gel dip set. I asked for a price several times and wasn't given one. When I finally was given a price I got three different amounts. They do not talk.. I asked questions and was ignored for three hours. My manicure was painful...... they sanded my skin and I left bleeding. The massage they give you at the end was painful and I was bruised. By the end of my visit I paid 50 for a full set when normally I pay 23 elsewhere. I went with a friend and she was left sitting next to me for the 3 hours while they took others who came in after us. Again, i tried asking if someone could come do her nails and we were ignored. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. It was a nice thought because all other salons are closed sundays so we thought we would give it a try... never again. read more

Even just the basic pedicure was a great experience. They take their time and do a really nice job. Luna was my technician today and she was AMAZING. Very attentive and personable and my toes look and feel great. She even provided a complimentary massage while my nails were drying and it was incredibly relaxing! I used to love coming to this place. I went in for a pedicure and the girl who started it was great (Tina) however another woman came over to pain my nails and it looked awful. I asked for French tip. The woman in the chair next to me even commented on it. I asked to her just remove the polish because it looked so bad. I explained why I wasn't happy, went to pay and was still charged full price. But the woman who painted my nails said thanks for letting her know I wasn't happy?? Thoroughly enjoyed my Green Tea Pedicure by Arny this afternoon. I feel blissed out and relaxed after. Arny (tall gentleman) was fantastic. He used his own tools and was meticulous about them, had gentle hands when applying the green tea mud and warm towels, and did a beautiful job of applying polish to my toenails with precise lines and no polish on my skin. The lower leg massage was very relaxing. While I was sitting at the dryer for my toe nails Arny gave me a 5 minute shoulder massage. I left without tension and with lovely toes! read more

worst manicure and pedicure I ever experienced. Never did I get a manicure without soaking my hands. I still have the cuticles I came in with. and the pedicure they left the dead skin on my feet and just polished the nails. I have been here a couple times before, once with my 2 daughters and once alone. This time wasn't a great experience. I requested a spa pedicure $50 with cat eye polish (was told it would be an additional $10), my daughter got a spa pedicure and manicure with cat-eye polish, my other daughter got eyebrow wax and gel manicure. The tech I had kept wiping off the polish and repainting. My daughters were happy with the service they received. Went to pay and told the lady what services we all received, the lady talks to other coworkers in their language and I was given a total. Paid said amount, and left. Received a call after leaving stating that I never paid for one of my daughter's services. And was told an additional amount. I went back to the shop and asked for detailed information and pricing for what I paid for. Was quoted a different amount than originally told. I never was given a definitive answer on details of what I paid for. The lady I spoke with got enraged for me questioning and told me if I didn't want to pay then get out. All I asked for was details of what I paid for and suggested that they post cat-eye polish is an additional $25 not $10(because evidently it is considered gel polish and design) but was never explained that way at the start. I will find another shop to give my money to. read more

Went to Rome Nail and Spa on June 8th with a group of girlfriends for manicures and pedicures. Pedicure was nice, I chose a basic polish. For the manicure I chose the gel dip powder as they said it would last 3-4 weeks without chipping/coming off. Within 3 days, my manicure started chipping. Within 5 days, 4 of the nails had popped off. I contacted them via Facebook and was apologized to and told I could come in to have a new gel dip manicure for free. Even though I was an hour away, I made the drive. When I got there, I told the man who greeted me that I was there two weeks prior for a powder dip and all my nails popped off, and was told I could come in and have them fixed. He said okay and told me to have a seat. It wasn't until after I was all done with my new manicure that they asked for full payment. When I mentioned that it was supposed to be at no charge they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and said, you have to pay today since there is no proof you were here before. Are you kidding me? I can show you the pictures of my nails THAT I TOOK IN THE BUILDING, I can show you the bag of nails that I saved that popped off, the Facebook post saying they would redo them for free, my damn BANK statement of the charges if you need it! All because I didn't have the business card they gave me.. I "had no proof". NEVER AGAIN will I spend my money at this establishment nor recommend anyone else to. Absolutely horrible customer service, especially with a first time customer. read more
