Friendly communication, comfort, (including massages when your nails dry and they ask you ahead of time if you want one), good prices for the work they do, if you're unhappy about anything they accommodate, punch cards, free lotions from time to time, I can go on and on! I highly recommend them. This review was long overdue. I wanted to add to my review, since I noticed others have mentioned their nails breaking, if you go in and tell them you broke your nail, they fix it for free. They accommodate everything.

I was shocked and seriously disappointed when I finally could look up and saw Lydia had chopped my hair short. One side was choppy just below my ear and my right side was chopped above, side was completely gone. I WAS AND STILL AM Traumatized, and never going to forget the worst haircut I have EVER HAD.
