There chunky and uneven, my thumbs length don't even match. She completely messed up my left middle finger to where she took off a side of it, leaving the other side done, and redipping the other side making the color different and chunky! My nails haven't even been on a week and there ready to come off, my pinky finger is catching my hair! My cuticles are completely messed up too, shredded. She didn't even fully put the gel dip on my nails so the sides are my actual nail color then the gel dip color. I will definitely not be going here again, waste of money!

Friendly communication, comfort, (including massages when your nails dry and they ask you ahead of time if you want one), good prices for the work they do, if you're unhappy about anything they accommodate, punch cards, free lotions from time to time, I can go on and on! I highly recommend them. This review was long overdue. I wanted to add to my review, since I noticed others have mentioned their nails breaking, if you go in and tell them you broke your nail, they fix it for free. They accommodate everything.

They do a good job with painting the nails…read more One complaint is there seems to be limited color choices and sometimes the color looks different than what's on the sample color used to pick your color. If you need a quick nail painting they're ok, but I wouldn't go if I'm attending a special occasion because I have seen better "up to date" color choices. I do have to give a shout out for the older woman who did my pedicure. She did a great job! She was very thorough. Also, I have to say that they do very good eyebrow shaping.
