Friendly communication, comfort, (including massages when your nails dry and they ask you ahead of time if you want one), good prices for the work they do, if you're unhappy about anything they accommodate, punch cards, free lotions from time to time, I can go on and on! I wanted to add to my review, since I noticed others have mentioned their nails breaking, if you go in and tell them you broke your nail, they fix it for free. They accommodate everything.

If you need a quick nail painting they're ok, but I wouldn't go if I'm attending a special occasion because I have seen better "up to date" color choices. I have had SNS done numerous times, and they have NEVER been done like this. Normally SNS lasts at least 3 weeks, the first nail chipped after 2 days, the second one after one week, and now the third after 10 days. I had them repair the first one, sloppy job, forgot to put the clear coat on. Already on a plane when the second one chipped. Buyer beware,,stay away.
