I placed a to go order I ordered the two scoop salad/white rice. I chose the blazing salmon and the scallops. It's a large portion for a decent price !

Service was horrible I've never been here so I wasn't sure how to order and the lady was looking at me like my hair was on fire. Didn't explain nothing and was overall rude

The best poki bowl I've had!!! The toppings are fresh! The blazing salmon and kimchi shrimp are amazing!!! Love the staff they're always friendly and alway make you feel welcomed!! The place is always super clean! Love this place!

Ordered a pickup order from Ahipoki and arrived about 10 minutes after the pick up time. When I got there, my order wasn't prepared and they were not very busy. One of the workers said she would start on it then and when I received my food I was missing rice and crab salad, random sides were added, and the lid was not put on properly causing the food and sauce to spill out of the bowl and into the bag. The food was delicious but very upsetting considering I paid nearly $20 for everything including tip. Sad :(

I had a small bowl with spicy tuna and garlic soy sauce, along with a few other fixings. My drink was the Thai tea. The spicy tuna was perfect for me because it wasn't too spicy but was just savory enough. The bowl was good but I have been to places with a few more options. My boyfriend's bowl came with white rice. Sushi rice is not an option. The Thai tea was very sweet, containing milk and tea, possibly some spices or coconut. This is a pretty decent place to go, but other places offer a bit more.

I PAID $1.50 for this little bit of avocado. this must be a joke.. where is Ashton Kutcher... did I just get punched... I got everything I wanted but no one knew my name when I came to pick up.. he said I didn't even have an order then handed me the bag, like whatever, didn't even double check my order, asked me if I needed sauces or anything. That's really the worst customer service for a pick up order, they didn't even work that hard... lol I got no napkin, no anything. Wow, just wow.

Food was just absolutely amazing. Not a huge fan of poke but this place nailed it. Will definitely be coming back.

The food was amazing, but the cold sea food and warm rice combo just wasn't as pleasant but food was good.

But that was only until their front counter host, Mariano, hooked me up. I told him my dilemma and he was super helpful, upbeat, knowledgeable, and kind. He listened to what Ibsaid and suggested the most amazing bowl I've ever had. And it was ALL his recommendations. I had the teriyaki bowl but added green dragon sauce, spicy teriyaki sauce, green onion, a scrambled egg, chili flakes, and avocado. HOLY Flavor Explosion, Batman! Wow. It was out of this world. I would never have ordered it like this. It was thanks to Mariano. I worked in restaurants for many years, and Employees like him are more valuable than gold. I can't imagine they're paying him well, yet he was enthusiastic and genuine and truly had passion for the food and helping his customers. Mariano single-handedly converted me from not wanting to eat at Tokyo Joe's, to a huge fan of the food- all in a single visit. This guy should be made GM at the very least. Yeah it's a chain, but it's run like a mom-and- pop establishment. It's "healthy" food in that there are no French fries or greasy meals. It's rice-based and is essentially proteins and a TON of mix-ins and sauces. It's well done. All in all, excellent dish, even better customer service. This is how an eatery should operate. Kudos. Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5 (your basic modern lunch place.)

Amazing service as always (there was a bit of a glitch on my account, but they worked together to solve it and all was A-Okay.) I ordered the Thai Noodle Bowl. It was my first time trying it, and I really enjoyed it. It was a bit on the spicy side, which is noted on the menu board and overlooked by me (oops), but I like spicy food. You could probably request that they hold off on the red pepper flakes, or.use a smaller amount. Tasty sauce, veggies, noodles, and 3 kinds of protein. Very filling. I opted for a water cup today, though I normally always enjoy their iced teas. I so appreciate the high level of service I always receive at Tokyo Joe's locations. This one and the Surprise AZ location are my go-to's. Clean restaurant as always, with employees cleaning tables and surfaces. Groovy music tracks were playing in the background. Thank you, Tokyo Joe's, for your consistently outstanding customer experience.

And so found myself leaving the rig in the receivers yard, and I came out here to what many say is the best Buffett in Phoenix. So I'm going to agree on that statement. For 20.00 on a weekdays, you can have quality at almost every food hot bar in this joint. Their Cajun Shrimp and Corn are spot on. Not Boiling Crab level but far better than many Buffett places across the country. The Beef ribs is straight up Chinese influenced, sweet, sauce drenched in five spices, cinnamon, bay leaves, rock sugar and cloves--- a first in a Buffett setting 滷lu牛niu肉rou braised beef. And for a plate of on the spot hibachi pasta.......this is by far the best hibachi spaghetti Mongolian beef plate I've had in ages. I've almost completely forgotten Buffetts actually taste good and with the value here in Phoenix, you just can't find a spot like this in LA anymore. Not even sure Vegas has any of these Chinese Seafood Surviving Buffetts either. Definitely on my recommend list for price to quality to value for a super Buffett! The restaurant wasn't that busy for the lunch rush, and the waitress was very attentive and helpful. The only downsides I experienced was that there was no hot water running in the bathroom that I could tell, and no paper towels were available to dry my hands or open the bathroom door with. I also had a small fly hovering around me while I ate (I was inside). Thinking about this experience a little deeper however (after the bill) changed things for me a bit. Was the food okay? Yes, I think... Was it noteworthy? Not really. The stacks of premade rolls sitting on the counter made me think twice about ever eating here again. I paid around $45 for lunch after tax and tip. I ordered 6 pieces of nigiri, a tempura roll, a small bowl of miso soup, and an iced tea. I don't consider this anything crazy or over the top. Given this price point I expect hot water and paper towels in the bathrooms, especially if employees who are handling our food use those facilities. 1-star, won't be back... oh, and the soy sauce bottle was literally stuck to the counter. I had to pry it off.
