I was offered the option of purchasing another pen, but that their hands were tied when it came to a refund or exchange. I re-read the products box/instructions and the label actually says to discard the pen after 5-8x use because the device will eventually lose its flavor potency, not the clerks original explanation of "it says wait 5-10 minutes. Well, where to begin? I visited this store on several occasions and I have to say that I am not impressed at all. This store does have very friendly staff and good customer service, but that's about it. Does this store have a huge selection of e-juice? Yes, they do. But then again, the majority of flavors that I've tried at this store are less than memorable. In fact, I would go as far as to say that the vast majority of juices that I've sampled and bought here are horrible. The shop owners are somewhat knowledgable about vaping, but their knowledge is incomplete. I'm not trying to say that the owners are giving out bad advice or the wrong advice, but in this reviewers opinion their advice is not complete {e.g. how to properly prime tanks, battery safety, and device usage}. I've purchased several items from this store, believing them to be authentic, only to discover later on when talking with other parties that the item(s) are not in fact authentic. Additionally, I've purchased several items from this shop that have proven to be faulty, and when I tried to exchange the item(s), I was promptly told that it was impossible for the item(s) to go bad because hey, mass production is infallible. In closing, the people who work here are nice and helpful, but lack proper knowledge about vaping, do not have very many truly good juices, and are just plain old difficult when attempting to exchange items that are defective. Do yourself a favor and goto one of the numerous vape stores here in San Marcos, in Austin, or San Antonio. You'll be doing yourself a favor and you'll be thankful later, I promise you that. *Edit: I wanted to add something here. I feel that I must point out that when the owners or employees are either making you juice or are giving you testers to try out juice, they do not wear gloves. This is a big deal because of sanitation concerns. I don't want a person touching something with his or her bare hands that I will be putting into my mouth. I don't care how clean another person's hands are, you don't handle e-juice or drip tips with your bare hands when you are going to give it to another person, period. Additionally, the owners and employees don't use disposable drip tips when you are testing out juices, instead opting to soak the drip tips in alcohol. This is absolutely disgusting. I don't want to put something in my mouth that was in who knows how many other peoples' mouths. Putting the drip tip in alcohol is irrelevant. I don't care if it kills all the germs and other potential contaminants. For safety and sanitation, a new drip tip must be used for each person. read more

I stopped in there and the weird shaky lady (maybe the owner) called my husband baby while entering. That made me and my husband a little uncomfortable but we continued to proceed to look at their vapors. While she was demonstrating the equipment she was shacking ridiculously. Her being nervous made me feel unsure of trying the product. When they gave us the samples they touched my mouth piece with their bare hands. And said its ok we wash them in alcohol. When I would ask Sharon any information about a product, she would look at the other two people and let them answer my questions. The product is made with PG/VG and when I asked her if she can put no PG, she said I'd have to bring my nicotine to a 36mg. Which by the way is not true. They just don't know their product. I personally don't like the fact that they couldn't do anything about the PG. When we were about to pay for the tank that we bought from them. Sharon's son yelled at her twice in front of us. I don't think it's professional for any employees to yell at each other. ESPECIALLY not in front of customers. I have to give them 2 thumbs down... read more

My son recently walked in and handed me this "funny looking device" and said "try this mom, I really want you to quit smoking". I had been wanting to find a way to quit so I gave it a shot. He then told me about Sharon and Ray and what a fantastic experience he had had there. Well, I have now been in the shop enough times that it feels like my second home! Sharon and Ray have gone out of their way to make certain that I have everything that I need. They have a large selection of flavors to choose from and they have the patience of saints when my husband and I can't figure out what flavor we want. I find myself looking for excuses to drop in just so I can visit with Sharon. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable, which makes shopping there a real pleasure! read more

Their vaporizers, coils, batteries are DEFINITELY knock offs. That's why it's so much cheaper than other places. And 9x out of 10 the coils they gave me were bum coils. Obviously they wouldn't do this on purpose, but they also didn't care to replace the crappy coils they gave me that would burn out the same day. One time, I went through 5 coils in ONE DAY. That's poor customer service, plain and simple. That was the straw that broke the camels back. It was becoming too expensive and frustrating to continue going there. Now I go to Viking Vapor, I spend a little more on product, but it sure as heck lasts me a LOT longer and if I have an issue it's always addressed correctly or the product is replaced without batting an eye. That's the way it should be done!!
