I have been on hormone replacement for years and have been to specialists and now have it managed by primary care and have for years. I would like to say I have never felt so dismissed and so not listened to and like not a single person gave a shit about what my medical problems were than when coming into this office. If you're looking for a cute office to give you outpatient cosmetic procedures and generic medication that doesn't actually require them to provide care then I'm sure it's fine. If you have established medical needs I would seek out literally any other office because this one is just full of conventionally attractive people who look pretty and do nothing. I came to this office to establish care when I moved back and emphasized these things. I'm in pain. I'm overstimulated. I need my medication please help me. I filled out paperwork to make sure they had all of my doctors information. 3 different doctors including specialists to give them my paperwork. Over three weeks went by and I had not so much as received a peep from the doctors office as to what is going on, where my records are. I emailed them frustrated and in pain. I have no direction and have received no communication what is the problem. They emailed me back with unfortunately we don't have control over how long it takes to receive records. Wow. The dismissal from this office for not following up to make sure they had a patients proper paperwork is disgusting. The NP not only didn't address the factors of me being in pain, offering to give them my copies of my own paperwork, and just immediately made it my problem they aren't doing their jobs. He even said he tried to call a phone number one time and it went to a records department. I can't believe I have to tell a medical professional this but Google is free you can see my previous office and if the number on my form didn't work you can call a different one. I was then told he could recommend me to a specialist. I've seen a specialist over 5 years ago and was placed back on primary care. I hope you don't have patients with actual chronic illness and problems because if this is how y'all treat them you will kill people.

This is the best practice I have EVER been fortunate enough to have been a patient in. I would highly recommend this doctor and his practice to anyone hoping to find the best professional primary care in Dallas. The word, Great, is thrown around casually, but this wonderful doctor is truly a great physician and person. His staff is friendly and does their jobs with professionalism, yet with a thoughtful and more than pleasant demeanor. Beautiful offices and a wonderful central Dallas location. I have always felt valued, encouraged, and safe in this practice. Margaret D.H.

The warmth and caring from the staff. Especially my phlebotomist. Must have had six HUGE Bunny Hugs! The state of the art diagnostic and treatment equipment. After doing extensive research, I discovered that North Texas Infectious Disease has a who's who of the worlds top specialist. My doctor graduated from Harvard and interned at the Center for Disease Control. All doctors have similar or higher credentials. The second location next to Northpark Mall was built for patient convenience and many elderly who can't drive and those in Collin County needed something closer than downtown. Billing and insurance is seamless. Interior sparkles with the latest equipment, relaxing waiting areas and jaw dropping glamorous patient rooms. NO PAIN ever! Highly recommended!

I'll admit, I was a little nervous walking into this Labcorp location after seeing the 2.6-star rating. Thankfully, however, my experience couldn't have been more different -- it was truly a 5-star visit. I originally scheduled an appointment for 8:45 AM, but due to traffic I arrived about 10 minutes late. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to reach a real Labcorp employee through their phone service (press 7) and let them know. They were incredibly accommodating and reassured me that it wouldn't be an issue and that my appointment spot would still be available when I arrived. Although it's a typical Labcorp location, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived. The phlebotomists were patient, professional, and kind. When the first phlebotomist had trouble finding a vein, she didn't rush or force it -- instead, she took the time to get someone who could, which I genuinely appreciated. That's when James stepped in, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He immediately picked up on the fact that I was nervous and went out of his way to make me feel more at ease, keeping the conversation light and genuinely comforting. There was a small miscommunication about how many vials were needed (it ended up being 8), which meant I had to be restuck to collect the remaining 4. Even with that, James remained calm, reassuring, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Technically, I was stuck three times, and as someone who hates getting blood drawn, I can honestly say this was still not a bad experience at all. The care, empathy, and professionalism - especially from James - made what could have been a stress situation surprisingly manageable. If you're hesitant because of the rating, don't be. Based on my visit, this location absolutely deserves a higher score.
