Interesting place. Went for lunch, they do have a lunch menu. All items on the lunch menu are $15. I got the fish tacos, pretty darn good. Two fish tacos, rice, and a small salad. Menu said they make their own ranch and balsamic dressings. Ranch seemed ok, couldn't really taste it. Lettuce looked a little brown, so I didn't eat much of it. I really liked the salsa, chips were fresh made. Massive menu- fried seafood, ceviche, fajitas, enchiladas, sushi rolls and pizza. Bar menu looked fun with their drink offerings. I will come back and try other items.

I enjoyed my time here. I've been waiting over a year to eat and I was not disappointed! Food was good I tried in poquito de todo plate to get an idea of what the flavors were like and I'm excited to trying from their prospective sections. Drinks are great ! Corazón is my favorite and the chamocheladas! Our waitress Sylvia was awesome she sat me down while I waited for my friends. I love the aesthetic perfect for a girls night.

This brand new restaurant is in the heart of San Antonio, Loop 410 & Vance Jackson, one exit from hwy I-10. Let me start with a little secret, the Chef won Chopped!! How cool is that, just this tells you the food will be amazing. This is a seafood restaurant with a menu as large as the line on 1604 on a Friday at 5pm They have everything, and when I say everything, I mean E-VE-RY-THING! Seafood (Mexico style) Sushi Burgers Ceviche Aguachile Enchiladas Arroz frito Charolas Parrilladas Molcajetes Pizza Deserts Cocktails And a lot more I was highly surprised by the amount of different aguachiles they have, there is a black one, green one, red one and even a blue one!! You really have options here! We ordered, a parrillada, shrimp and fish soup and ceviche platters, we were very happy with the food presentation, the flavor and the service. Our server Alexia made sure we had everything we needed. They also have a full bar if you want to come just for drinks. I'm planning to bring my family here soon, since he loves aguachile!! Well, I hope you give it a try soon, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent food, especially was impressed by the sushi! I got the shrimp fajitas it came with tortillas. The beans were yummy and they have unique rice. Complimentary chips and salsa were perfectly crispy. Servers are professional and so nice. The vibes here are immaculate.

Aguazul has atmosphere and the food was amazing! The standout for me was the pulpo. Cooked to perfection, it was tender and seasoned just right. I can't wait to come back for more! The service truly brought a smile to my face. Marina was an absolute delight! Her warm demeanor and attentive service made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Marina, for brightening up my day!

Awesome new restaurant. The menu is huge, I found that a bit overwhelming and it took a bit of time to figure out what we wanted to order, but is too many awesome options a bad thing? Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. Fun atmosphere. Service was great. Will be back!

I had the pleasure of attending the soft opening. I was really impressed with the variety and creativity of the dishes offered on this tasting menu. Each course felt thoughtfully curated, with options that balance freshness, bold flavors, and comforting classics. The first course set a great tone -- the Wedge Salad and Avocado Bomb were simple but elevated, a refreshing way to start the meal. The second course was a standout: the selection of ceviches, aguachiles, and sushi rolls offered something for every palate. The mix of spicy, citrusy, and tropical flavors showed off a nice range of textures and techniques. The third course leaned into indulgence with fried shrimp, coconut shrimp, and tamarindo ribs -- all crowd-pleasers and perfect for anyone who loves rich, savory bites. Can we say Tamarindo ribs ??!!!!! Yum!!!!!!! The fourth course continued the momentum with well-chosen comfort options like tacos (including Gobernador, Pulpo-Tripa (this was a crowd pleaser), and Baja Fish and a short rib burger (my fave & definitely a must so flavorful) , giving diners hearty and satisfying choices. The final course closed the evening on a strong note: wood-fired ribeye & salmon, chipotle chicken, Alfredo pasta, fish al mojo deajo (my fave), and wood-fired pizza. It was a generous range where everyone at the table could easily find a favorite. Overall, the menu struck a great balance between fresh seafood, bold Mexican flavors, and familiar classics. It's versatile, impressive, and perfect for a Friends & Family event. I highly recommend to try! You will not be disappointed with this unique experience ! And dont forget to try the Jaimica Mezcalita!! What an experience.

First time here and loved the beachy vibes on the inside. Everything was so good! Aguas frescas were so refreshing and the sushi was delicious. Loved everything we had including the appetizer which was calamari. Would definitely come back to try something else on the menu.

The food and service was amazing! Marina was so sweet and made our experience a good one! We ordered the coconut shrimp, tamarindo short ribs & tacos gobernador. All of the food we ordered was delicious. Aguazul is a whole vibe! The restaurant is super cute, the decor is on point and it's overall a 10/10!

My husband and I dropped in during happy hour time and was surprised at what they offered on their HR menu. Their selection was great. I opted for sushi and let me tell you, I am so glad I did! Some of the best sushi I've had in awhile and that means a lot coming from someone who LOVES sushi. I was hesitant at first but so glad I stuck with my choice. I got the street fighter and my goodness was it good. I highly recommend and I can't wait to go back and try other menu items!

Meh.... the place is ok. Food is... ok. The coconut shrimp were very good and so were the cocktails I managed to get. Service was slow and it was super busy. I was Asked to pay the tab while waiting for a cocktail I had ordered before that. I asked them to remove the cocktail I ordered and didn't get yet paid and left. Not sure who my waitress was because I had many. The manager? I think? Girl.... your buttcheeks shouldn't be hanging out at work.... very unprofessional.

My other daughter ordered the pulpo, and it was cooked perfectly tender from the first bite to the last, with none of the chewiness that octopus can sometimes have.

Morrissey hadn't graced San Antonio in over 10 years, with past cancellations and postponements haunting fans along the way. So when he finally returned, San Antonio Moz fans showed up and showed out. Despite multiple after-party options across the city, fans from Brazil, the UK, Canada, Japan, and all across the U.S. chose Bang Bang Bar as the place to be on a cold Saturday night. Hosted by local emcee Ricardo Moz and Apollo DJ, the night turned into one for the history books. Bang Bang Bar is easily one of Texas' best dive-lounge bars...the perfect blend of gritty and cozy. Great cocktail program, solid beer selection, and a vibe that just works. The décor leans heavy into a 1950s-60s lounge aesthetic, with intimate spaces like the Blue Room and Yellow Room, perfect for groups of 7-10. Low lighting, warm atmosphere, and zero pretension exactly what you want for a night like this. Bang Bang Bar consistently supports local and touring acts, spanning punk, alternative, and DJ-driven nights, and this Moz Smiths Disco was no exception. It was wall-to-wall classics all night long. Major credit to Phanie and the Bang Bang Bar management they rolled up their sleeves, brought in extra bar staff, and handled an overwhelming crowd like pros. Fans waited up to 45 minutes in the cold, with a line wrapping around the building, and the energy inside never dipped. As the host of Panic On The Streets, I'm incredibly thankful to Bang Bang Bar for helping us pull off one of the best after-parties we've done in years. Fittingly, 2026 marks the 10-year anniversary of both Bang Bang Bar and Panic On The Streets of San Antonio and what a way to celebrate. Bang Bang Bar has long been one of my favorite bars in town, and after this night, that reputation is more than earned. Can't wait to do another Moz Smiths Disco here. -- Panic On The Streets of San Antonio

I also enjoy how each couch area is its own living room setup (think of what you see when shopping for couches/coffee tables) and feel/vibe. This is real, authentic Mexican food done right. The customer service was excellent, and everything came out quickly. I ordered the mini taquitos with al pastor and asada, their torcas plate, and the quesabirria, everything was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. I was also really impressed with the portion sizes, they give you a great amount of food for what you pay. I actually ended up packing two to-go boxes to bring back home. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in San Antonio. Looking forward to trying more of their menu!

Great, homey Tex-Mex restaurant atmosphere, service was friendly if not particularly fast. The chicken burrito was good, though nothing to write home about. A tad bland, even with a dose of salsa to kick things up. Still, I'd give it a three or four out of five stars were it not for the state of the cutlery. I got a dirty knife (pictured) even though it was wrapped in a napkin. This was replaced but it did leave an impression. This place scores a 3 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good.
