Ceviche verde is really tasty. Lots of shrimp, good spice level, and a medium size was easily enough for 2 as dinner. We even had quite a bit of leftover. Service was good, and it's a cute place. Came across AguaChiles while scrolling TikTok and saw they were promoting their Pork Belly AguaChiles -- and I'm really glad we decided to check it out. We've been wanting to try something different from the usual, and this place absolutely delivered. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted promptly and treated with genuine kindness. Our waitress was polite, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire visit. To drink, we ordered a large hibiscus tea served in a mason jar. You can immediately tell it's made in-house -- incredibly fresh, with a subtle hint of lime. Easily one of the best hibiscus teas I've had, and far better than the powdered versions many places use. I wouldn't even hesitate to pay for refills. We also started with a Modelo (canned), crudo shrimp (2 pieces), Japanese peanuts, chamoy, and a sauce at the bottom of the plate that was unbelievably good -- likely one of their ceviche sauces. Whatever it was, it was packed with flavor. For entrees, my spouse ordered the Pork Belly AguaChile, and it was phenomenal. The pork belly was crispy, tender, and moist all at once, loaded with flavor. It came with a generous portion of very fresh guacamole, topped with julienned red onions and serrano peppers, plus four corn tortillas and a fresh salsa verde with the perfect amount of heat. My spouse isn't big on tortillas, so I happily made a few tacos myself -- no regrets. I ordered the Ceviche La Mamona, which included tender octopus, melt-in-your-mouth ahi tuna, perfectly cooked shrimp, avocado, onion, cucumber, tomato, and a black sauce that tied everything together beautifully. This was, without question, the best ceviche I've ever had. I've never been to Mexico, but this is exactly how I imagine it should taste -- incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced. They also serve it with crackers, tostadas, and two creamy salsas: one habanero and one jalapeño/serrano. Honestly, the ceviche alone could have been a full meal. If you're looking for generous portions, outstanding freshness, excellent service, and a truly memorable seafood experience, AguaChiles is the place. Next time, I'm coming back for the whole octopus, super tostada mixta, oyster preparado, queso flameado, fried oysters, and possibly a molcajete. It has cucumber and avocado. They were not skimpy on the shrimp. It had good flavor. My mom ordered the mango AguaChile shrimp. I tasted the mango part and it was a tad bit too spicy for me. I didn't dare taste of shrimp. The menu does say it is raw shrimp and it looks like it is raw shrimp for sure. Not for me. We shared a plate of onion rings. They were good. Breaded nicely and perfectly crisp. They don't sell alcohol, but they do offer free beer. The day we were there they had those Equis. Parking is on site. First time here for us it's was just me and my husband. Very spacious and clean. I do have to say though the front parking is a little awkward I suggest you park on the side there is plenty of parking and more convenient. The place is not loud the noise spreads evenly so that you do not have to yell to be heard. They have music and TVs. We had 2 waitresses which was great they took our order quick and served us as soon as our food was out. I do have to say that the food was amazingly good and the price was very reasonable. I'm looking forward to try some other food items on the menu in the future. Place does get busy so try and get there early on weekends. read more

My husband and I came here for the first time tonight on a date night. The parking situation is....interesting. The location is off a busy intersection and it's a bit difficult to get to and park in during busy times. The table we were given was dirty and had not been wiped down. We ordered the Aguas bandeja and the ceviche la mamona & 2 frozen margaritas. The margaritas were very pretty and tasty, not strong at all though. The ceviche la mamona was good but salty. Large portions! The Aguas bandeja were interesting. I think there were dried chile pequins on top. Mas pisositas! All was good until I felt something hit my boot. I looked down and there was the BIGGEST roach on the floor!! I called the waiter over and he just said okay and said it was alright. He said "they just sprayed". Left it alone. It crawled back under the booth and to the next area behind us. I kept my boots up on my seat for the remainder of the time. I was so paranoid and grossed out that I asked for the check so we could leave. The food was great but idk if I can go back with how nonchalant they were about the roach thing.
