Went back to Snake River and they beat the price on a similar spa by 500.00 and they did not require a complete payoff before order, I put 5 grand down.Takes about six weeks to get from MFGR. SRPS offers mucho support for your contractor, Landscaper in prep for your spa and sends a team out to inspect prep to make sure your pad or vault is properly prepared. They suggested a real good Electrician who made it all work. My Brother-in-law had a Swim Spa put in by another company and it was a nightmare, ended up costing him more money and he is not happy with the finished product, told me to stay away from them. Suggest you spend the time shopping around for a good Landscaper, prices are night and day and you don't always get the best job with the highest bid and don't let some of these characters force you into a big down payment for them to set on your money for weeks and months in order to get on their schedule. Snake River has a lot of support and it goes on even after you get it delivered. A must in my book.

Oh , I found a…read morefantastic family business that sells pools and spas!!! We went to this store back in November 2019 and looked at hot tubs. The employees are so friendly (even if you say your from Ca)! I found myself very comfortable and relaxed talking to them. Our house was not finished yet so we said we would be back in spring. After about 6 months we decided to head back after our HOA approval and talk to them again. They remembered us after a few mins and stepped right in to help again. So see, since Covid 19 a lot of stores shut down and business is back ordered with so many trying to get caught up. Our choice was a custom build or buy what's left on the floor. I fell in love with the one on the floor and we grabbed it! It's beautiful, everything we wanted. These guys came out did a land assessment and electriciancame out to make sure we are already to go!! Delivery within 4 days!!!

After a catastrophic pool liner failure in the middle of winter 2021-22 we attempted to find a pool…read morecompany that would help. Not many pool companies were even open for business during the winter. We found a handyman type of guy and he did successfuly assist us in retracting the cover and determining the issue. By August of 2022 we still did not have a working pool. In September 2022 we hired Budget Pool and Spa. Gary and his tech guys worked quickly to try and save the pool structure and ordered a new liner. Due to circumstances out of his control the liner that arrived in October did not fit. We filled the pool to save the inner structure and covered it for another winter. Gary returned in March, and the process began again. By Memorial Weekend we had a beautiful working pool which included new steps, new pump and new liner. The best part is everything is more efficient, savings on water use, savings on electricity with new pump and savings on chemicals. We highly recommend Budget Pool and Spa

As a few of the reviews mention, Debbie's customer service was fantastic during the fiasco. Unfortunately -- as other reviews also mention -- Matt's customer service toward me was disappointing. Given the great experience I had with Debbie, I (naively) had zero doubt that Matt and I would find common ground given what we had both been through the ringer with the insurance company. I was even hopeful that he would be open to meeting somewhere in the middle to handle the outstanding payment. Sadly, when Matt called me back he was immediately argumentative and frustrated toward me because of his poor experience with my insurance company. I was honestly shocked by his disregard for customer service, his lack of basic cordial discourse, and for the lack of empathy for the situation that we were both thrown into. I told Matt I was surprised by how he was talking to me considering I had no part in any of the mix up. He said "Sorry, I'm just a direct guy". In the end, I paid the full bill. I am not writing this review because of the situation itself -- we both got the short end of the stick from the insurance company and I understand the situation Matt was in. I am writing this review to make prospective customers aware of how Matt chose to conduct himself as a business owner. The Yelp description uses the phrases like "taking care of customers" and "provide customers with the best service". Unfortunately this was not my experience.
