Our building management has particular rules regarding water hook-up and tubing due to a major leak in the past by another tenant. I called numerous places to see who could meet the requirements of our building. Not only is Percasso friendly and willing to use less common parts to meet our needs, they are familiar with our building's requirements and didn't scoff at my requests. Their representatives have always been friendly, efficient, and on time. We just had our six-month water filter replacement. I didn't realize it had been that long since we switched to Percasso, so I was happy they showed up without my needing to call and schedule. Also, they are less expensive than our previous bottled water service. I wish I wasn't the only coffee drinker in the office so I could do their coffee service as well. On the same note, Percasso has never pushed us to do a coffee/tea tasting, unlike other companies I had contacted. Outstanding service and great local company.

From the very beginning they have been honest, helpful, professional, reliable, and courteous. They make sure our offices are stocked with sugar, creamer, tea, coffee, filters, etc. I never run out of things anymore. It's really great to have this kind of service. If something goes wrong with one of our hot/cold units they are quick to replace it. If I call because I want to add a different kind of tea to our stock, they swing by the office when they have a minute to drop it off for me. They just really make you feel like you are genuinely important to them. I love that about them.

First off, the owners couldn't have picked a more appropriate setting for a plant shoppe. With a classic storefront with window displays on both sides of the entrance, the store takes on a nostalgic vibe of tradesperson shops of yesteryear. I love knowing I'm shopping small, locally owned businesses that make our communities vibrant and diverse. Now let's get to the plants... that's the reason we're here! There's quite a diverse selection of houseplants in such a small space... indeed, something for everyone. If you need to pop in quickly for a "Get Well" card and a miniature pot of African Violets, they've got it. If specialty plants are more your thing, you'll find everything from the sought after Monstera cultivars, cacti and succulents, to Anthurium and Begonias. In fact, given their regular delivery schedule, it sounds like they can special order pretty much anything you might need. I spent 15 minutes or so getting to know Kailia, one of the owners who is also a registered horticultural therapist. She's very friendly, knowledgeable, and a delightful addition to the neighborhood. She made a clumsy oaf like me feel extremely at ease in her adorable shoppe. It wasn't until we returned some lumber that was subpar (the delivery driver told us it was terrible, since a big corporate order came in before us and we got what was left over). They promptly picked the lumber up and left with no receipt. And now, after 2.5 months we STILL don't have any refund. That's close to $250 of our money that we don't have. I have called time and time again and they won't return my calls. I have contacted their accounts payable dept (which they finally diverted me to) and the woman there won't call me back either. I would not ever recommend getting lumber delivered from Milwaukie Lumber if you are an individual - they appear to really only care bout contractors.

WARNING: Unfortunately I hate to give what seems like a good coffee shop a poor rating, but their…read morepoor customer service and very condescending attitude is forcing me to warn other customers to stay away from this place. Although if you are handy with carpentry, the fix is easy, I don't think they should be charging $700 for a product claiming to be custom that clearly is not. I bought custom wood panels for my ECM Synkronika machine for $700-and note this only pays for two small walnut panels about 1'x1'. There were two significant carpentry design problems with them: A. The metal feet that were screwed into the wood panels were mis-measured, and I had to modify the metal and wood to make them fit. Although I did craft a solution to resolve this, for $700, they really need to double check their measurements. This is essential for any carpenter: measure twice, cut once. B. They poorly designed the left wood panel because it pushes hard against the pump. Their response to me was "it doesn't push up against the pump." (Unbelievable as this customer svc rep calls himself, literally a "coffee expert!!") If they were paying attention to the design, they would have noticed that the original steel panels are 1/2" narrower, which allows them to NOT hit the pump. These wood panels are very thick, and they clearly push the pump at a hard angle. To fix this, you need to chisel out a 5"x6" square area by hand in order to allow the pump to not be pushed inward.
