Their product is very broad and well stocked, the store itself smells nice and is always clean and comfortable. However, one of the strengths that shine bright about this place is customer service. Ever since I have been coming here the budtenders have always been regular, which allows them to understand and remeber what you prefer. They even remeber my name and occupation!!! Though I'd call bullshiton the additional tax being removed when I came in-store to pick up the order is likley false as my complainent comes from shopping in-store. I was using the Dutchie website to confirm thare was an error in the software as the dutchie payment/ ordering sytem that basically every despensary in our area uses. Russell, we looked into this further and identified an integration error with Dutchie's online ordering system that caused the incorrect tax calculation displayed in your screenshot. Unfortunately, the screenshot you originally provided was too blurry for us to read the figures clearly, which made it difficult to understand exactly what you were referring to. What you didn't account for is that our in-store point-of-sale system overrides the online calculation. Had you placed that order and come into the store to pay, the total would have been corrected to reflect our advertised out-the-door pricing. You would not have been charged the additional $2.83. We brought the issue to Dutchie's attention, and they have since corrected it on their end. We appreciate you bringing the discrepancy to our attention. However, there's a significant difference between identifying a technical error and accusing a business of deliberately scamming customers, committing fraud, and deserving to have its license revoked. Green Front takes pricing accuracy seriously, and we're glad the issue has been resolved. 1. They still haven't reached out to ask for ID number. So not to interested in finding out how badyly their system was setup. They didn't give me a recipt otherwise I'd just post it as well. One wasn't palced int eh bag nor was I asked if I'd like one. 2. It shoudln't be up to your customers to find errors in your P.O.S., Point of Sales System, this is the responability oweners if they fail in this basic oversite I submit they shoudln't be in business this is my opinion. Weither they argree with it our not is of little concern to me. I have proven my case by their own words and they still aren't taking responsibility for their words in my own opinion. 3. Since they've never asked for my ID to check my order you know if they really cared about their customers, I only speak of their actions so far, They haven' not and the computer system keeps track of all fo this so if they wanted to I'm very sure they could find out assuming they wanted to. In my experience with Dutchie the system in store and the system online are one in the same with maybe some backend features that you'd need for real life people. I've never had a order that I paid for on Dutchie be cheaper when I got to the dispensary. If you couldn't see the picture try opening it ffull screen mode and zooming in, I'm legally blind and somehow found your fuck up. Explain to me a half blind person but you can't. What Order from my instore visit was 1 x 20 stash pak TKO Concrete Rhino, 1 x 20 Statsh Pak TKO Zlurpee, 5 x Green Front, Chimera 1g prerrolls, 10 WYLD ONE Sour Blueberry Gummies, Gummeis were on a discount that day of 40%. The 2 stash paks are $16.99 ea, the Chimera jointas are $2 each. The Gummies are $7 each takiin the 40% off would reduce the price by $2.80 for a final cost $42 for all 10 gummy packs. Total should have $90.98, now that places don' thave pennies any more, they locially should just round this up. to a total of $91.00, howver I was $106.95. If you trying to figure out why I didn't need to know the cannabis cost on the gummies it's becuase you use OTD pricing. They couldnd come ut with a number higher to $5 for each gummy but that still makes my fianl cost $99. This would actually be normal for waht I've seen accross the industry espically for that particual brand of gummies. Feel free to make all the excuses you want but you've been shown to be less than honest just in your couple of replies to something you now admit was broken. Before it was that it just wasn't a completed order, but wasn't really it was it. Id' ask if you aren't going to go back through all your sales data and eany one that was overchaged you'd be attempting to refund the fun correct, you'll do that right, well I feel fairly confident from my correspondence with you that the answer will be now but sure would love to be proven wrong.
