I did feel a little nervous before I found Linda, bc a lady was getting on my nerves. A lady asked me "What are you here for?" And I said "I'm here to see Linda." She was like, "no! What are you getting?" And I told her, but I just needed to ask for Linda, bc Linda said to do that. It all worked out though, bc at that moment, I had found Linda.

When I did go to be fitted for a new mask, I was told they didn't have a machine available to connect with so I could determine the sound level of a new mask. Instead they scheduled me for a second visit. That evening I got an email listing a restocking order for all my supplies! I was told, as I canceled there order, that it was placed by the technician that I had visited the previous day! I will never go back to a vendor who doesn't appreciate their customer, but instead tries to take advantage.
