After they quote you and the work is done, but your system still does work, they complain about under quoting you, as though it's your fault. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly for a reasonable price. When we had additional issues, he gave us an estimate offered us either repair or recommended we purchase a new refrigerator because it may not be worth fixing ours. With the estimate, I thought it would still be cheaper to repair and not happy to worry about supply chain issues. He has always called back quickly, come out for repairs quickly, been happy to express when he feels repairs may not be in your best interest, and happy to answer any questions to you.
