The two who came were completely untrained - one seemed to think that her job was just to sit with my mother and text and chat on her cell phone, and wasn't happy about doing any light housecleaning, which was stipulated in the contract. We were also misled as to the company being able to bill insurance directly - they claimed they would do so, but no one followed through with the paperwork, and then they harassed us for payment following my mother's demise.
