Let me just say that when I came to meet the staff at Agility Orthopedic I was jaded to say the least. You see, I'm a veteran that has been dealing with a ankle injury for over 20 years. I had All but given up. And, from dealing with the VA. I didn't expect much from Dr. Nadaud, his highly skill PA Jennifer or anyone else on staff at Agility Orthopedic's. However, I must admit. I couldn't have been more wrong. These professionals proved to have endless patience and compassion in dealing with my situation. Thank God for people like these that choose to help veterans in need. Usually knowing that they are inheriting a patient that has been misdiagnosed, mistreated and frustrated. This team fought for me from beginning to end. I highly recommend seeking them out for any of your orthopedic needs. Especially if your a disgruntled veteran untrusting of the whole medical system like I was. First time, last time. Why do doctor's offices think that it is okay to keep patients waiting for long periods of time? Why bother making the appointment if you're not going to keep the appointment? A little wait is fine but 45 mins is unacceptable! Had to leave without ever being seen by a doctor! Worst ever! read more

I recently saw Dr Andersen for an evaluation of a proximal hamstring repair and bilateral adductor tendon release that was done last year by another surgeon. Dr Andersen was unable to differentiate between the biceps femerous muscle and femoral nerve. He informed me that I was fine. The fact of the matter is I am disabled and unable to walk, sit or stand without being in pain. If Dr Andersen is a reprentation of the surgeons at Agility..DONT GO THERE read more

I can not stop raving about how good this place is for healing and getting your mobility back after an injury. You will make a good decision to attend this place of business and you will be in good, qualified hands to regain your strength back. Everyone is extremely nice and professional. I slipped a disc a week ago, and I am in excruciating pain. I finally got to see a Dr. yesterday, and diagnosed with a slipped disc. I called Agility for physical therapy hoping to get a quick appointment. So, one time yesterday, no answer so left a message, no call back. Called again today, left 3 additional messages, to no avail. It makes me wonder if the physical therapy department is as unprofessional and incompetent as their secretary. I hope not, but it certainly reflects on the entire business. read more

I was referred here after a shoulder injury. I've generally had better luck getting a hold of human beings; maybe they hired more people or something? In any case, I've been seeing Dr. Shurland and also getting PT from Erica, Molly, and Jimmy, and am quite pleased. The first couple of weeks, I had to take odd times for appointments, but once I was able to book a few weeks out, I could have my pick of times. I'm making good progress, and am confident that I will recover completely. read more

When breaking my arm back in December 2012, I had to have surgery putting plates and pins in my arm. The surgery was successful. followed by physical therapy with Christy Wright--she was excellent. I was treated very well and every one there was very professional. I would definitely recommend them. read more

My first time visiting this office. The only positive experience I had was meeting with the Dr. I found he listened to my concerns. My condition was explained sufficiently, but then he wasn't really helpful. Just wanted to give me a shot, and send me on my way. Not the greatest bedside manner. I was disappointed with the reseptionists at the front desk. An edelry woman with a walker could not get up from her seat, and was ignored by the staff. She was crying and screaming out for help. Patients in the waiting room with thier own injuries were expected to lift this woman. I witnessed one woman yell at another young woman for not jumping up to help her because she was not capable suffering with her own injury. This woman so rudley said," what's wrong with you?" Sending this young girl to to tears. This is when the staff should of stepped in to be off assistance. When the nurse came for my elderly aunt for x-rays she didn't bring a wheelchair she watched her struggle and never extended any support and help. I mentioned she could use a wheelchair, I was ignored. She was expected to walk the long corridor in excruciating pain. The staff was extremely poor and uncaring. I wouldn't recommend this office. This place thinks money is more important than patient care. I was refused service at my scheduled app time because I did not have a copay. I have never been treated like that by any other doctors office. I work in the medical field and never denied care or asked a patient to come back later for no copay. Agility definitely does not deserve my money or respect and I will tell everyone I can what their really goal/mission is. After reading reviews I am glad I was not seen by them. read more

I hurt my left knee back in 2012,DR B is my doctor. He did check my knee it was in rough shape due to my accident,X rays were done. Then Dr B said there was a tear in the knee, PT was done then it started to heal. After I started to heal I was getting some pain still in my left knee saw DR B again he gave me a serious of three shots,it got rid of the pain. DR B is a wonderful doctor he got me back on my feet after my accident in 2012. Everyone at this office is very nice, I recommend them. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Steer clear of this place if you are looking for an orthopedic surgeon. Last Tuesday, I fell and seriously hurt my elbow. I was seen at a local ER and they gave me a list of area orthopedic doctors for a follow-up visit. I chose Orthopedic Surgery Inc because they had 5 doctors on the list, which I figured would increase my chances of being seen right away. I was able to see them the following day. They set me up with an appointment to see Dr. Byrne. 68 year old Dr. Byrne. Dr. Byrne whose hands shook so badly, I was terrified to picture him with a scalpel in his hand - I honestly pray that he is no longer a practicing surgeon, I would hesitate to get into a car with this guy driving, let alone let him operate on me. Anyway, he came into the exam room, looked at my elbow and said "it's too swollen to tell anything, see me in a week." Then he walked out. I made a follow-up appointment for the next Wednesday. I left there feeling as though I had been robbed of a $50 copay. But I was willing to let it all slide, I just really wanted someone to help me with my injury. I woke up this morning, Monday, with an intense burning in my elbow and some numbness in my fingers. It scared me, so I called the office in tears, and the incredibly rude woman who answered the phone cut me off before I was even done telling her the reason for my call. She dumped me into someone's voice mail and since I felt it was an emergency I pressed "0" to get back to the oh-so-helpful operator. She answered and I told her I didn't want to leave a message, I needed to speak to someone. She then dumped me into someone else's voicemail. I left them a message letting them know the extreme nature of my situation and asked for a return call to schedule an appointment for today. That was at 830am and it's now 4pm and I'm still waiting. In the mean time, I have gone and seen a different doctor who is WONDERFUL and will be the subject of another review shortly! I can't say it in strong enough words - STAY AWAY FROM ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY, INC! They do NOT care that you are in pain. They are interested in getting people in and out and if they happen to help along the way, so be it. read more

I was referred to Agility Orthopedics on a Thursday for an ankle sprain and fracture that happened on Wednesday. They sent me for an MRI on Friday morning with my hopes to get some information on whether or not surgery would be needed or how to move forward with other treatment. The imaging company, however, called to say their machine was down and I wouldn't be able to get in until Friday afternoon. With a later appointment, they could not confirm I would get any information until after the weekend. I called around and found another imaging company with an opening Thursday afternoon. This would have given me the chance to have a few answers before the weekend. However, when I called Agility, they said they had a contract with that particular company and didn't want to go out of that contract. They promised me that if I took the Friday afternoon appointment they would remain open to get the results and call me. With that promise I kept the appointment. They did not call me. Monday I got a call from the office telling me to wear the boot for four months and that I could get a smaller splint if I came in. I went in on Wednesday, a week after the injury, to get the splint. While there I inquired about basic care--ice, heat, physical therapy. I was told I could ice but no physical therapy until after my four week appointment. I asked why. I was told just to rest it with no further explanation. As an elite athlete this is not my first ankle injury and never have I had to wait four months to treat anything. I asked for my X-ray back so I could bring it to another orthopedic for a second opinion. They could not find it. Ultimately, I never got any paperwork explaining my injury, no directions on how to aid healing, and never once talked to or was seen by a doctor. They did not treat me as a person, but gave a generic treatment plan. I will seek treatment elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. read more

Dr McLaughlin was excellent with my 5 yr old. He spoke directly to her and explained things. e jumped in to work wit her since the PA I was supposed to see got tied up. Only reason not a 5 was that I was confused about the restrictions; a handout I could give to school and read at home would have helped. read more

Do not go here. I was given a recommendation to go here because of a pinched sciatic nerve and a pinched shoulder nerve. The physical therapists there are good and were helpful but it seemed like it was busy most of the time so I did not get a lot of individual attention. (For example, they would have me do a specific exercise and tell me to do 30 reps. After the 30 reps, it took me a while to get their attention/ chase them down to ask what to do next instead of them noticing that I had finished.) However, I gave a low rating because of the orthopedic doctor I got (Dr. Bienkowski). After I received PT with no benefits, I was sent in to get an MRI of the affected areas. So I did just that and then tried to call Dr. Bienkowski's office about 10 times on different dates and left 2 voice mails. They never got back to me! That is inexcusable. Now I will have to try to find a different doctor to help me with my pain. Also, scheduling an appointment with PT is a little inflexible but scheduling an appointment with Dr. Bienkowski was very inflexible. Hope that they see this and change for the better... read more
