He came out, spent a few minutes assessing, and told me straight up that low pressure is endemic to our neighborhood--no plumbing work can or should be done. Meanwhile, some of my neighbors had been sold replacement filters and various "fixes" by other plumbers for the same unfixable problem. The second time, we lost hot water. He responded to my call within minutes and asked me to text photos of the water heater. He diagnosed it via text, told me the fix, and I handled it myself. Ruben is the only person that took the time to walk through the problem, scope the drains as well as snaked out to clean the drains... verses just doing minimal needed to get water flowing again and charge $300. He found the culprit (short story - it was a 22 year old sponge) and managed to knock it lose pushing it out to the city drain.
