My contract has since ended, and I would say that I'm only about 60% hairless in my underarm. And I'm referring to black hair on white skin. It's also wrong to ask a (former) client to pay a maintenance fee when you didn't make good on the contract. I will concede that every technician I worked with was pleasant and helped to make the experience pleasant.
