Their site said they opened at 10 am and it was past 10:30. I had heard good things about them but being that they do not abode by ADA laws, I would not recommend them. I assume it was Jamie who answered the door the owner of the spa. Never been turned away due to my disability and very disappointed to have to write such a review.

She shares so much insight on her instagram page which I find very interesting and after several appointments I finally grew the nerve to get my lips slightly enhanced and wow am I bummed I waited so long. I'm a no Make-up basic on the run mom so I've always been skeptical of getting overdone lips that I've seen in public. Jaime did my lip lines and added just the right amount to plump up my aging lips and they look so incredibly natural and just more youthful. End results have me loving my lips and just gives me a little boost I never knew I wanted :)

She is the doctor I refer all of my patients to and she is my personal doctor. She is very thorough and kind. She takes her time and she is very detailed. Her staff is excellent as well. Terren (spelling?) her medical assistant is also especially friendly and pleasant. She even talked my kids through the blood draw procedure, they were spectators, but she made the whole process fun for them. Needless to say, I will keep coming here and referring my hospitalized patients here for follow up because they love it here too! Make an appointment, you won't regret it.

I would see Shalana post these amazing skin transformation pictures and videos and remember thinking to myself that there is no way, she could have me glowing like that! Well, after my first appointment with her, the only thing I regret is having waited as long as I did to go see her! During my first session, I had a consultation and the service I scheduled was the Gleaux getter service. After an assessment of my skin, she determined it was a good time for me to have my first chemical peel. One thing I love about Shalana is that, regardless of what a client thinks they want, she will never perform a service that your skin can't handle (according to her expert opinion). How often do people just do what you've asked for the sake of your business, knowing that's not in the best interest of you, their customer?! She definitely isn't going to do that! I'm two weeks in to my prescribed skin regimen and her signature GLEAUX is still present! She's very knowledgeable, extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that may arise, and she manages to be personable and professional all at the same time. Unrelated to the services or folks at the front desk--I found it a bit frustrating that, during both times I've visited, other guests were taking phone calls in the relaxation room.
