I have frequented this business for manicures, pedicures, skin care products and tried botox (forehead only). The botox lasted for about 2-3 weeks before dissolving. I was under the impression that botox lasts for at least 3 months. I went in for a touch up on the forehead and that round lasted for about the same time. The botox pricing is about $12.50 per unit The manicure and pedicure are professional and sanitary. It's a lux experience. Initially they did offer wine, coffee, tea and water however, I've noticed they deliver a mini bottled water in stealth mode. I'm not sure if they offer the other beverages anymore since Covid-19 came into existence. The complimentary beverages made the services more pampering. One can checkout online or at the front in person. I find their prices are around 30- 60% higher than your average nail salon. You can expect to spend anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours if you book manicure and pedicure together. And anywhere from 30-50 minutes for botox depending on a touch up or initial appointment. They do require payment immediately by way of a handheld payment device that they present to you in the patient room while you wait to see the doctor for the treatment.

The spa was very glittery, sparkly and very bright. This decor is not my style for a spa, I would prefer a calmer, softer decor and easier on the eyes. I sat in the waiting room and noticed the nail salon right beside the waiting area with no door to enclose the odors. The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! I would have preferred smelling essential oils in the waiting room to give it a more spa experience, not chemicals. The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." A few of the extractions were a bit painful and ultimately the entire experience was stressful and I couldn't wait to leave. I came to Tre MedSpa to decompress and I came out stressed. I will spend my hard earned money at a real Spa that actually gives you the "spa experience" and unfortunately Tre Medspa is not it.

She asks me why and I say " I have always gotten that one when I have come here so I want to try something different now". She said " I have a new mask anyway and the one we were using prior I no longer use." I said ok.. now here comes the terrible part I'm laying on the table I look over at her as she takes out the mask to prepare it... and to my surprise it is SHEA MOISTURE MUD MASK! They put together a good speech and I signed up for a treatment package. They said the facial treatments are usually $400+ so this package is a great deal (8 facials, 8 neck, micro-needling, peel and liquid Botox, etc.) and you get products as well. The products are added as almost an afterthought when they are selling it to you. It says you have 24 hours to request a refund. On there it says they cannot take products back (I only opened two and one I actually did not get because they were out of it). My eyebrows have been done with a micro blade/powder combo ($550). They were done in October. I did tell the technician. Still, my eyebrow color is almost all GONE. I was disappointed it did this but not angry. I don't know which part of the procedure caused it and I know the technician didn't do it on purpose. No one will apologize or acknowledge it, though. I called within 24 hours for a refund and wanted to just cancel since I don't know what caused my discoloration. I don't want to take any more chances. I've been through hell trying to get contacted back about it and THEN the representative is feeding me some very BAD business lines (and now won't respond). Apparently NOW that I want a refund the products included are all at full price which is around $2400 (are you kidding me?) and the remaining $1500 covers ALL of the facials, micro needling and other procedures included. Do NOT take any products from them!! I tried to say okay let's take the two products I opened, the rest are unopened and we can call it even on my eyebrows. Even though I will be out $ again to get them redone. And now they will not answer their phone. Customer service will not text me back or call me back. I was also blocked on Facebook.
