The chimichurri is delicious. It was cooked perfectly at medium rare, I got their homemade chips as one of my sides because my kids wanted it. Their chips are so good that was definitely the way to go. I also got green beans which were amazing as well. My older son got the kids mac & cheese with a side of fries. I even loved his mac & cheese. It's definitely not the Kraft mac & cheese. My husband got the barbecue plate. He had mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes and loved all of it. My younger son ate off of all of our plates and we pretty much finished all our food. My younger son then got a dessert of vanilla ice cream with Oreos and he scarfed it down. We've never had a problem getting a seat here because it is a good size restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. Since I had the employee on the phone, I asked if they could please include three plates, as we planned to share the food. I was told they didn't carry plates. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted with, "How can I help you?" I explained that I was there for a pickup order. The employee handed me the bag and immediately started to walk away. I stopped her to ask again if there was any way to get plates. She appeared annoyed and told me they didn't have any, but she could give me some forks. Apparently, they don't automatically include utensils with to-go orders unless you specifically ask for them. Unfortunately, the service issues were only the beginning. To our disappointment, the food was awful. Every dish was bland, lacked flavor, and the beef in the Pad Thai didn't even look like beef (see picture). In the end, we spent nearly $60 on three entrées and an order of spring rolls. The photo on the website shows six spring rolls, but our order contained only three. The portions were small, the food was underwhelming, and we were left both hungry and disappointed. I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, but between the poor service, misleading photos, high prices, and disappointing food, this is not a place I can recommend or see myself visiting again.
