I used DC flooring because they were highly rated but these are obviously fake reviews. They gave…read morean estimate similar to many companies so I went with them. I had them install baseboards, fix a section of my floor, and restain my floors. I went on vacation while they did this. I came back to all the windows in my house and doors left open. Anyone could have came in. The baseboards were not painted, there was dust everywhere, they got stain on many of my cabinets. They did come out to paint the baseboards but got paint on the floor. I paid to have the furniture moved and ended up having to help move in myself. Additionally, the workers that did the actual work were not even from the same company. I doubt that they were even legal. I could get past most of this but one of the repairs only lasted a few months then broke again. When I reached out they gave me the run around, then when they did come out said that my floors were not installed probably, and that was the issue. I asked when they did not disclose this prior to the project they said that they did not know. They refused to repair it and were very rude about it. I have no choice but to report them to the licensing board and go to court to collect damages to repair my floor. Do not use this company.

We had pulled up carpet, and the floors were spotted with lots of paint and had many awful looking stains; however, after the 5 days of work were completed, our hardwood floors were beautiful and flawless looking. My husband used to do this type of work, and he said their teams of workers did an excellent job in the sanding and prepping. They also stained the wood after sanding, then applied some type of polyurethane (3 coats). Excellent job, and John and his wife make a great management team, responsive and easy to communicate with. We had the work done in November of 2025.
