10.27.21 - 1130 hrs. John picked up the John Deere E-100 tractor for service. 11.08.21 - 1612 hrs.. Andrew calls and advises that the Tractor is done, at a cost of $622.19 ??!!?? 11.18.21 - 1204 hrs. Same employee that picked up the tractor on 10.27.21 leaves it in the driveway between the rear of the truck and the garage door clearly visible from the highly traveled road. Delivery between 1200 - 1600 hrs., "call before delivery" was on front page. NO call, nothing !!!!!!!! Drives off !!!!!! The tractor condition was absolutely disgusting !!! I would have refused delivery. NO wonder he did not call first. 11.18.21 - 1613 hrs. After finding the abandoned tractor on the way to check my mail, I called AG-Pro Service Department, spoke to Andrew W. regarding the awful condition of the tractor, with a large amount of unknown chemicals on the seat, mower deck, and the floor where feet rest. I sent all pictures I took to Andrew W cell as he directed. Never a response from him, Called the next day, he said he did not receive them. 11.19.21 0753 hrs., The Service manager, Johnathan called left voice mail to call him. I called that afternoon he allegedly was gone for the day. 11.19.21 - 1757 hrs. I sent all of the pictures to Andrews email address, NO reply as I requested. Called Managers cell again 11.12.21 and text, NO return call, or text. Andrew not returning texts either. I sent an email to Ag-pro at Crystal River and the corporate office in Boston, Georgia with the same info as I did with Andrew. NO reply from AG-Pro Crystal River, Florida and NO reply from the Corporate Office in Georgia. I will NEVER EVER seek their service in any form. They deserve a MINUS 10 or worse. Best to use a fly-by-night company than them. Maybe that is who they are. Their attitude must be, "Ignore him and he will go away." This AG-Pro is a place to stay away from. Service is awful. NO customer service. NO communication. Best said, "Customer, NO service." 11.23.21 - 1401 Hrs. AVOID!!! Buyers BEWARE! Residential customers, Veterans, Homeowners, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! ZERO after sale customer service, ZERO honesty from the very top (Alex F. - the "General Manager") right down to floor sales (Brady B.). Both are so severely incompetent that they don't even check serial numbers prior to selling you equipment worth thousands of dollars. Both individuals will tell you literally anything while you are there in person, then blow smoke any time you call. BOTH NEED TO BE FIRED and replaced with competent leaders. AG-PRO SHOULD BE ASHAMED to employ these two individuals and any others like them. NOTHING I was told during the sale actually happened. The GM apparently sold the identical piece of equipment to another customer but, FILLED OUT THE WARRANTY CARD THAT BELONGED TO MY EQUIPMENT! Subsequently, when I made my purchase, they filled out the other customer's warranty card and filed it under my equipment! The GM (Alex F.) screwed up the entire registration for myself and the other customer simply because he and his staff couldn't be bothered to check the serial numbers prior to selling thousands of dollars worth of equipment. The day of the purchase I was told I'd be called in a few days with an update, emailed a corrected invoice and forwarded the email from my equipment's manufacturer confirming the correct warranty registered for my equipment. Yet, I called twice a week with more sales BS and told each time that I'd be called back. THREE WEEKS LATER AND NOT ONE RETURNED CALL! I had to show up there today unannounced to get my backordered equipment accessories and then was told more BS lies from their salesman (Brady B.) and the entirely over paid, completely incompetent General Manager (Alex F.). Seriously, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These people do not deserve jobs! As Brady B. said when I was buying, Alex is a Silver Spoon Florida Boy who has never worked a day in his life and does nothing but sit in his office collecting a pay check. Well Brady, it shows! It shows more than I have seen at any level of sales in my entire life. If you are Alex's Boss and are reading this, you own a part of this too. I also welcome any conversation you may want to have. Had a great experience at Ag-Pro in crystal river florida. The service department repair my lawn mower, and at the price they quoted me, and loved getting to see all the new tractors out on the front lot, great experience from my perspective, would recommend anyone and everyone to check it out! read more

We took our riding mower in for a tire/wheel part repair. It came back not running. There wasnt any issues mechanically when we took it in but when we picked it up from service it doesn't work/chugging now. read more
