I bought two pair of Wanderer shorts at Nordstrom. They're really nice (even at the exorbitant price). I ordered another pair of the same size from the AG website. they don't fit. They're like an inch smaller. Foolishly, I expected them to fit correctly and washed them. I can't wear them and I can't return them. Now I have $150 shorts I can't wear. Be cautious dealing with this company. read more

Contacted company directly, manager reached back out to me, drove back down to Newport, was entirely taken care of and left with jeans that fit like a dream. Manager was mortified to hear about what happened. I don't think it will happen again. read more

Christine is the best! My boyfriend and I went in to get him jeans and he never buys anything for himself. The in-store tailored option is what really made the purchase value what it was, as his length option wasn't available. I was shopping with my husband over the Thanksgiving holiday. He decided to purchase a pair of jeans and he was getting them marked for alterations, when an agitated person (turns out to be the store manager) storms into our dressing room trying to take my husband's personal things (wallet, phone, pants) out of the dressing room. I told him we were in the process of getting the pants marked for alterations and would be done in 2 minutes. He said that we could not HOLD the dressing room and had to get out!!!! I have never seen such terrible and unprofessional customer service! The store manager, David Stillwagon, needs some communication and customer service training. He is an embarrassment for any retail store. Everyone working in the store is miserable. This store needs to be audited and checked on by their district mangers ASAP. read more

Today we were shopping at Fashion Island. My mom and sister ended up getting jeans here. They have a fantastic selection! The store is neat and clean and the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. What makes this store outstanding is the level of customer service. All customers are greeted with a warm welcome and asked if they would like some water. I love the boxed water that they serve. They are clearly doing their part for the environment! I think that many stores can take a lesson from the two wonderful employees that helped us today. We felt so taken care of! AG Jeans never disappoint. They are worth the price and will last years. They have the right amount of trendy, but still classic styles that fit this (getting older) body! I walked in wearing a pair of AG jeans I've had for years--those go-to, soft, faded, look better every time I wash ones. I refuse to put them out to pasture, but left with a great pair of "Jodi Crops" for the summer. Always confident that AG's are great investments. That store has the WORST customer service. I don't know what happened to the people working there, but I've never felt so ignored and talked to in such a cold manner. The only reason I went there is because I LOVE those AG Jeans and they were on sale. These jeans are truly the best! First time I went and got a pair of jeans, I was treated as if I were invisible. I didn't make a big deal of it; I was just happy to get my jeans. The second time, the service from the two saleswomen was totally unfriendly. I asked one of them if my jeans have been altered, and without looking at me she replied "If we didn't give you a call then they're not." I asked her if she could still check, and so she did, and sure enough she came back with the jeans!!!! She handed them to be without any word, as in the form of a little apology, or even a smile!!I I left frustrated!! If I could give less than 1 Star to this store, I would!!! read more

Salesman very helpful with sizing, but did not check on in dressing room had to go out on floor to seek out. I made 3 purchases asked for a discount, new to store, new customer he said nothing available but took my email for promotions coming up (not sure if that went in I have not received a confirmation) bottom line other female sales was giving her guest next to me a discount I asked her how I could get she told me then told salesman he did not know how to activate. Just returned to SoCal, after 4 months and my FIRST stop was AG Jeans at Fashion Island. Their new store was not open, when I was here at Christmas. I've been looking forward to checking it out. My shopping spree was way to successful!! 6 pair of the LEGGING ANKLE JEANS-SUPER SKINNY ANKLE. The denim is soft, with the perfect amount of stretch. Found some soft cotton tops too.
