She is a regular shopper at your store. We had dinner in the cafe the night before, somehow my aunts small leather wallet had fallen out of her purse and on to the floor in the Nordstroms cafe. We had an excellent dinner, as usual. We didn't realize until we arrived home later in the evening, that her wallet had fallen onto the floor of your restaurant Of course my aunt was upset that this happened. At the time, so didn't know exactly where she lost her wallet. All she knew was, it wasn't in her purse. We decided we had no choice, but to wait to speak with someone at the store early in the morning. Early the next morning, before the store opened, we contacted the Nordstrom lost and found. We spoke with Christoper in the lost and found department. We shared with him our dilemma and he promptly called us back and found my aunt brown leather wallet. Christopher arranged to meet us outside in front of the store, before the store was scheduled to open. We gave him a phone call when we were outside the store and he met us outside. Wow!! We were so happy!! My aunt was thrilled her wallet was found and everything was secure. Christopher was so polite and professional, he was able to reassure my aunt early that morning, that he had her wallet and everything would be fine. We appreciated Christopher's efforts so much!! My Aunt was thankful we were able to connect with Christoper and that her wallet was completely secure, We are truly grateful for all Christopher's efforts. Thank you so much for having someone as professional and kind as Christopher. He made our day!! After we picked up the wallet from Christopher in front of the Fashion Island, Nordstrom we were able to make our appointment to the DMV in Costa Mesa with my aunts wallet and drivers license. Had to do a big return/exchange that felt stressful but was such a breeze thanks to the staff here!…read more I was carrying a lot of shopping bags and a coffee so they offered to pick out my sizes and get a fitting room started which was above and beyond. While in the fitting room they would check in and ask if I needed a different size and would check in such a kind manner. They were so patient! While browsing they would explain different styles and fits and ask what was my preference then offer a style. After a couple hours I met them at checkout where we began the exchange/return process and it was so easy and quick as I mentioned. Never felt pressured or stressed at this Levi's location even at closing time. I definitely appreciate the patience and help, they're very knowledgeable and sweet!
