I was getting ready to leave my house one day and my engine light started flashing. When I turned off my car coolant went everywhere in my driveway. I had it towed to Ricks and he took his time to diagnose my vehicle and was very detailed with issues going on. Anytime there were concerns or issues he called me every time he was getting ready to start on another problem he found. The estimate came up more than twice as high that we had got from another shop in the area! I ask the lady on the phone what they were doing to the car? It wasn't anything different from the other shop, but more than twice the cost of the other shop. I told the lady that they are completely too high and out of line! How can they expect an student to pay this kind of repair bill ? This is an old car that is probably worth less than their repair bill! By the way beware this shop charges for estimates too, the other shop didn't charge us anything! They charged my son $71 dollars for the estimate.
