Took my 2017 Dodge Journey to the Service Center. I wanted to see if there was a wiring problem…read morethat was causing the rear windshield wiper and lift-gate headlamp not to work. Made an appointment. Dropped the car off on a Monday morning. Never received a call. I took it up on myself to call and check the status because it was nearing closing time. I was told they didn't get to it and would have to diagnose the problem the next day. This was very disappointing considering I made an appointment. Received a call the next day and they detected a wiring problem that needed to be repaired. I had to make another appointment to get the repair done which was the following week. When my wife picked the car up after being diagnosed, they charged $202.50 Diagnostic Fee without any repairs being done! When my wife voiced her concern, both the Technician and the Cashier assured her that if we had the repair done there, the Diagnostic Fee would go toward the total repair. The estimate for the wiring repair was $270. Essentially, I had to get the repair done or I'm out $202.50 without anything being done at all! We scheduled the appointment and had the repair done. When my wife dropped the car off, she made sure she brought the receipt from the Diagnostic Fee. They assured her that it was, "standard practice," that the money we paid for the Diagnostic Fee would go toward the repair. When my wife picked the car up, they handed her a bill for $270. She reminded them of the Diagnostic Fee that we already paid and that was the whole reason we had the repair done in the first place. The Technician told her that the total repair was $472.50! My wife tried telling them that we were quoted $270 just for the wiring repair. They refused to honor that quote. My wife paid the bill and didn't cause any fuss because she's a nice person. To say we're disappointed and will never return, is an understatement. In today's economy, this is a lot of money for us and it hurts. Terrible experience from beginning to end. I don't even know what to say.

Do not go there, I went there and was told that I needed brakes and rotors for the front of my…read moretruck. So I paid for that and that was 3 months ago. Then after that my truck started all of a sudden cutting off on me as I was driving and it wasn't doing that until I went to Pete's. So I took it back to him and he tells me that I need a serpentine belt and a tune up. And I told him my serpentine belt got put on 6 months ago. And he says you need to check back with the person who put it on. And I went ahead and got the tune up done. Then all of a sudden my back windshield wiper stop working on the truck. Then I started seeing that this man was doing things to keep me coming back and paying him more money. So as I said earlier about him doing the brakes and rotors 3 months ago. I now was shown last week on my truck that the brakes were never changed at all and that I still need brakes and rotors after giving him 350.00. Such a Con Please stay away from there.
