Very bad service , lady at the front desk is rude . Took my car there to get it fixed, took about 2 months to get it and paid 2800 for my car not to even be fixed . Added lies on my receipt claiming they did a job but when I had it diagnosed it still had the same problem. Don't go here unless you want to get scammed. Terrible business. Go someplace else. After a late night car accident my car was towed to this lot. The next day, I was told I could pay $200 for the towing and $55 a day storage or give them the title and they would call it even. Then when my daughter went to deliver the title she was told that we owed for the tow. Now it is 4 days of storage $220 and $200 for the tow. So even if I wanted to salvage the car to someone else I would have to pay them $420. GO somewhere else. read more

On my way back home from Bloomington last I had the unfortunate radiator hose fail. I called a few places and the gal that answered said they could get me fixed up and back on the road. They sent one of their trucks and in in less then an hour I had options to fix/patch up the hose in a few minutes.... or wait a few hours for a factory part. Not having the time I went for the patch and I was on the road in 30 minutes. This happened last summer. Just recently I had that hose replaced in Va at a nearby shop...I felt like the least important thing in front of the people I was dealing with..The gal at Doc's made me believe I was the most important thing she was doing at the time. They don't answer the phone you have to repeatedly call or call from another cellular devic in order for them to even answer they claim they will work on your car at a certain time and do not I 10/10 would not recommend this place. They also over charge. read more

I have used Doc's for my car repair needs for 18+or- years and have not had any problems. He gets the work done right and quickly, so your not with out your ride for to long. Doc's is also a A.A.A tow shop so if your ride lets you down he'll come pick it up cheap. read more

I just wanted to say I am very happy with the results that came about with me taking my vehicle to doc's .. my engine had issues , the mechanic never treated me like some machanics your a girl you won't understand , he made sure he showed me everything and explained exactly what he was doing and how things worked I felt very comfortable.. the service was awesome ,cause I know a lot of women do not like to deal with machanic shops on fear of being ripped off .. The worst service I have ever had my 3/4 ton f-250 broke dwn I was tol it was the transmission after they placed a transmission in the truck they drove it and told me it was the turbo by the time I was done with the truck I was without the truck for three months I had a new turbo a different transmission all the parts were not put back on time I went to pick up the truck blew the radiator hose off because they didn't tighten the clamp on the hose drove 3 1/2 hours to get the truck the truck would not run had to drive 3 1/2 hours home with no truck contacted them on numerous occasions they did not want to talk to me whatsoever had my mechanic call them now they tell me the warrantees out of my transmission and guess what the transmission is still out still will not shift the worst experience I've ever had with the mechanic shop I would not recommend them to my worst enemy read more

I went in for front end work and they didn't tell me I needed to get my front end lined up somewhere because they don't do it there. So I drove my car like that and destroyed my tire I didn't have the money to get another tire so I just couldn't drive my car. When I took it down to tires plus they said my rim was bent and the tire was eaten up because the front end was out of enlightenment.. so I called docs and the mechanic basic cussed me out told me if I came back there ,, well he basically threatened me because how dare I say anything bad about his work . The guy is crazy I'm terrified of him and will never go there again. I spent $1,000 on front end work and it cost me a new rim and replace a brand new tire .. beware people read more

Awful. Our family was in a life threatening accident in which Doc's towed our car from the scene and held our possessions ransom for days on end. They were extremely rude and apathetic to our situation and they, unfortunately, are the quintessential cranky lunch ladies of the towing industry. They will unwittingly try to take you for all you've got and, when you do manage to negotiate a deal that leads you to your car they have hidden in the junkyard across the street-- any coins in your center console, on the carpet, or under the seats of your wrecked car will be shockingly gone. Do your best to avoid this business like the plague. read more

Worst ever! My wife and I were hit by a drunk driver and docs was who came to tow our suv. We rolled the suv when hit so they were trying to get it upright when they dropped my 4runner. Basically causing more damage and breaking more windows. The next day when we went to look at our suv the lady (owner) was rude and tried to insist we didn't get hit ( what that mattered to her who knows). we grab some of our belongings out and noticed some were missing like my jacket and our cd case, she said they must of fallen out but we weren't allowed to look in the suv more.? Well since we were hit by a drunk driver his insurance paid them(have the paperwork and we got a settlement )but docs had decided to sell off our suv for parts. These people are theives in my opinion and will try and screw over those in bad situations because they see them as easy profits. They are the bottom feeders of the towing world.
