I'm only giving you two because the woman I used to see there, Lindsay was amazing. She did my hair for years and I always felt good and happy when I left there. After she left, I was referred to Kimberleeann who I had seen there and seemed very professional and like she knew what she was doing. I even referred my daughter to her and she had done a great job on her hair. Unfortunately, she did not have an opening so I scheduled with Mierkat. I took half a day off work, losing hundreds of dollars, and when I got there at the time of service, she was with another client, which I know often happens because hair can take longer than you expect, I sat down and was ready to wait, and then she said "oh I don't have time for you today you have to reschedule." She didn't say I'm so sorry nothing like that, she just told me I had to reschedule. I believe the manager was there that day and she apologized. I rescheduled with Kimberleeann. Kimberleeann was nice and professional during the visit. I had tried to tone my hair and unfortunately, it became more yellow. I am a natural blonde, but it's dark blonde. I never have had a problem getting my hair highlighted despite doing my own hair a couple times a year. I only get my hair, professionally done one or two times a year. Lindsay never had a problem lighting my hair. I have a lot of hair and it's curly so it's always gonna be a little frizzy and damaged. I don't mind. I told Kimberleeann this and showed her a picture of a highlighted hairstyle that I wanted. She told me "no problem," in her words. After the hair was done, she told me don't worry. It's going to look darker because I overtoned it, which it did. It was quite darker and reddish. She told me it would wash out and it would get lighter as I washed it. That is not what has happened. My hair has actually gotten more yellow and gold, which is the exact opposite of what I wanted and I told her that at the visit. I told her I did not want gold hair. It is my least favorite. My hair is now extremely yellow and gold. I texted her asking for help with this. I even said of course I did tone it so I don't mind paying for a little bit more with your help. I had already paid $350 at this point and taken half a day off work that I did not get paid for. She became irritated with me but then offered to blow out my hair for free and talk in person. She only had a time of 12 o'clock that day though and unfortunately, I ended up having to help my son at school. I asked her repeatedly when a better time would be for her and if we could keep our original appointment that I had made. She did not respond so I called the salon. My son is disabled and has many doctor appointment so I have to schedule my own time way out in advance. She answered the phone at the salon and I asked her when would be a good time to set up for my hair and if she Do it for $100 because it was partially her fault. She told me it absolutely was not her fault that it was all my fault because I had dyed my hair in the months before hand. I told her I had never had that issue before with Lindsay and she had told me repeatedly that she was a better hairstylist than Lindsay and could do my hair so much better than her but she couldn't even lighten the top/fromt of my hair when I paid $350 to do it and told her specifically I don't mind damaging my hair. I have a lot of it. I am so so disappointed with the salon! Lindsay was fantastic. She was kind and lovely and helpful. Kimberleeann acts like a bully, selfish, immature and demands that you like whatever she does, regardless if you are not getting what you asked for. When I asked for her manager she told me that she doesn't have a manager at that salon that she is her own boss. I told her I understand that but there is someone who runs that salon right? If that person reads this review, I really hope that she is able to contact me. I believe her name is Kim? I have no way to get a hold of you, but I am so disappointed in my treatment there. I waited a month to contact Kimberleeann about my hair because she told me it would take a few washes to get lighter. Unfortunately, she is extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not pamper myself most of the year, but getting my hair done is one of the few things I let myself do one or two times per year and it was all for nothing. read more

I saw Rhonda who right off the bat was a over a half hour behind so I waited that long to be seen. She was working on my hair and another person's hair at the same time. I have a foil and I asked for a touch up of my roots. Rather than my hair turning out brown with blonde highlights I now have blonde hair. I explained that I was getting my hair done for my son's wedding so not happy!!! The bill was $140 which seems high for being late and bounced around to accommodate her other customer AND the color coming out ruined. About 5 minutes after I used my Visa card to pay for the service my card was used at Best Buy by a hacker. This seemed like way to much of a coincidence, especially since this was the first time it had ever happened. I called the salon and they told me their system is secure so it had nothing to do with them. Will never be back. I was so disappointed after all these great reviews, especially the one saying Rhonda had amazing expertise in coloring. read more

I have had blonde hair my whole life , and as I have been to different salons I've had some know what do do with it and some disasters, so I had to cut my long thick hair super short after a horrible experience with a bleaching . I had bough some tape ins from a "great company " they were tape ins . I called after image , even tho they dont like to Anna agreed to bleach and tone me and install my tape ins . She did and amazing job with my color and the install . We found out a week later the hair was horrible , so she helped me order the salon quality brand they use and we booked another appointment. Anna is absolutely amazing . She brought me and my hair back to life . After image is a beautiful Salon and the employees are great !!!!! Anna your the best !!!! Thanks so much . read more

I was in desperate need of a cut and color after this covid lock down but was a bit nervous of going in public. As soon as I walked in the entire salon was completely clean and covid safe. They do amazing with protecting their clients!!! You can tell they put their clients first. Skye, my hair dresser fixed my grown out roots and added some fun cherry coloring to the bottom of my hair. She is the absolute best. A true hair genius and master at her craft. Everyone there is awesome and I will never ever go anywhere else. They listen to what you want and work with you on what is best for your hair. Love this place Love my stylist Skye. This salon is clean, cute, and has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Every time I go I am always put into such a great mood. My stylist is Colette and she is the best! I would say my hair is very difficult and high maintenance but Colette knows exactly how to manage it! At my last appointment, I got blended highlights for my very first time and I was pretty nervous at first. Colette put me at ease and made good conversation too! I was offered a beverage and reading material as well, which I gladly accepted. After my hair was rinsed and dried, I was so happy with the results. Natural looking, vibrant, shiny, I feel like a new person! That was 3 weeks ago and my hair grows pretty fast so Im due to for a touch up pretty soon. I cant wait to go back though. read more

I have been going to see Anna for about 2 years now, and I cannot say enough good things about her! She listens to what I want to achieve, and delivers beautifully! I always trust her to do what she think will work/look best, and she has never disappointed! On top of being amazing at what she does, she is FUN!! She takes the time to teach me how to style my hair, which I greatly appreciate! I thoroughly enjoy sitting in the salon chair and chatting and laughing with her while she does my hair. This shop is a little hidden and out of the way, but I loved it. The atmosphere is neat, professional, cozy, and welcoming. The stylist (Joey Nelson), managed to schedule me in less than an hour after I'd walked in. He was very friendly and extremely accommodating with my dye-job and pixie cut (which he re-cut three times until the style was to my utmost satisfaction)! I would definitely suggest this Salon, and the stylist in particular for anyone looking for a great cut, wash, and dye. I will be returning in May for a touch up and trim, that's for sure. :) read more

Walk in the first time, worried that the hair dresser wouldn't understand my hair and what I needed. Curly, frizzy, dry and super thick hair was my problem, my hair dresser knew the who, what and when of my hair issue. She took great care and listened and I told her ok I trust your opinion and by the end of our session, I walked out looking and feeling beautiful. I was sold! now it's the only place I'll go.
