I've been having Kelli cut my hair for over 25 years. Before I found her, I went through many,…read moremany bad haircuts because my hair is thick, course, and wavy. The first time she cut my hair, she actually listened to me and did exactly what I asked. That was amazing. After a while, I began to trust her judgement and it's always been great. Long, short, in between, we've done it all over the years. I always, always get compliments on my cut and color. Even hair stylists compliment me and ask me who does my hair. One time I was in a TV commercial and someone called my employer wanting to know who did "that lady's hair in the commercial." I had to call her and give her Kelli's number. In 2005 we moved to Gig Harbor and I still drive up to Everett once a month for Kelli to do my hair. She does my mother's hair and is very patient and kind to her. My husband used to get his haircut by her, too, before we moved. After all these years, she still stays on top of the trends and keeps me looking current with the styles. She has become a very dear friend, obviously. I literally don't know what I would do without her....

I do have blonde hair that tends to turn brassy very quickly, and unfortunately that happened again after my visit, which was a bit disappointing. I also felt like a lot of product was used in my hair, which came across a little like a push to purchase more products -- that was really my only negative. That said, my haircut was absolutely perfect, the prices are reasonable, and I would definitely go back.
