However, it has been over 122 hours since my MRI and the physician's report has not been completed or sent to my referring doctor. The website claims 24 hours. The front desk said it "usually is done in 24-48" hours. But here I am over 5 days later without any answers. After having my insurance company come and threaten action on their part, I was finally told that my scan would be read in the next hour. So I'm not sure if I recommend them or not. I say go at your own risk of not getting results in a timely manner

They have known for weeks that she was having surgery and have yet to send over to the surgeon her release papers. Her surgery is scheduled for Monday, June 8th. The offices have been closed since Thursday. She went to see them on Wednesday and was promised after several weeks of "yes, we are sending it over" to "yes we will send it today, Wednesday, June 3rd. Well, we called the surgeon today to verify that they got the release forms and nothing. Not only has this caused undue angst to my friend, but the surgery will also have to be postponed and just imagine the surgeon and his staff - the cost of their valuable time. I am planning on suing them. No excuse. This behavior is unacceptable.

Most doctors I've been to in the past won't even have a discussion about natural options. He was very kind and understanding which I feel is important for me to trust a doctor. We have been seeing Dr Alcuri for almost 7 years now. I have four children. When I first moved to…read moreFrederick I went to a Pediatricians Office that had many Drs. I always felt like a cow being herded through a slaughter yard when going to that office. Each time having to explain my children's preexisting conditions to the Dr available to take our appointment. Many times this led to undue worries on my part because they did not have a one-on-one history with my child who had an extensive history and therefore they chose to be overly cautious with treatments. As a result of them not individually following her care my time and money was wasted and I was always worried. I had reservations about going to a single Dr because I would loose the appointment availability (weekends) the office of many Pediatricians offered. I can now say it was the best decision I made in caring for my children. I never had to brief Dr Alcuri on my children's preexisting issues. I never had to wait in the lobby for more than five minutes. I could almost always be seen same day even when calling on a Monday morning. If it was the weekend, I could call the after hours line and Dr Alcuri would call me back at any time of the night and advise me on what to do. Bottom line, having a dedicated and competent Dr outweighed having the convenience of more office hours. We are thankful for his Practice and his wonderful care taking skills.
