I came here for a birthday party for a person I haven't seen over 10 years when I received my drink there was a fly in my drink then when I said something about it I was given a response of oh well. They not only try to charge me for a remake of the drink but they also were saying rude comments about the choice of mixed drink I chose which was rum and pineapple something like a Mai Tai. The bartender went to charge me for the remake and a beer but I explained I wanted only the beer because I didn't want another fly in my drink. Previously gave this spot a 5 star. Unfortunately I've had to drop it. This was once a drama free spot. Now things have changed. For some reason ownership thinks this place doesn't need any type of security or pat down at the door. I get it w Covid everyone is tight on $$. What they need or should understand is the regulars like myself. Won't come as often now. Drama has increased recently. All they need is a guy at the door on Fri and Saturday to chill things out. Like they used to be. I stopped coming regularly about a month ago because they're ignoring this. I'm from SF and have promoted there in the past. They're already losing business due to too much drama. If they continue to ignore safety maybe they should just sell the place to someone who cares more. Stopped in for a drink on a Sunday afternoon and stayed for a couple hours. Bartender and customers were so friendly and welcoming.

The bartender is RUDE AS FUCK!! This is my 2nd time coming out to this bar since there was a Male bartender... He walked away from me before i could finish my order. His attitude is if he doesn't have time, because there are other people. And his customer service skills just aren't there. You took on a job thats deals with large crowds to not have patience. I went to this bar around 11:30 PM on a Tuesday night (LAST NIGHT 11/1/22) with my cousin. We walked in and the bar tender immediately tells us "Just to let you know it's been super dry and I'm closing." There were about 10 other people in there. We used the bathroom because we had to go really bad. We exited the bar, and my cousin wanted to see what the bar tender would tell the woman that was walking in. The woman asked for a shot and the bartender started getting her a shot. How are you going to be called After Hours but yet close around 11:30PM?? Also pick and choose who you tend to? NOT COOL. Revised as of 4.2013 The bartenders there are great and the crowd is usually chill, fun, and friendly. This place still one of the better places to go to if you can't get out of Vallejo. Tried to give the bar a chance last night against my better judgement on 4/26. I was asked to take down this YELP then I could come in. Great business for repeat customers, I'll gladly take my money else where and my word still stands true. As a past regular and past bouncer this place WAS the best of Vallejo. The owners and ridiculous and prejudice turds. The quality has definitely gone down hill and the treatment of employees is horrible. as of 5.2013 New managment kicks ass (High five to Eric B). This bar is the nicest bar I've seen in Vallejo. The bartenders were very nice and the people were friendly too. I like that they have an enclosed smoking area and they have a decent sized dance floor. The only downside is the location. While I was there a girl got robbed at gunpoint in the front. Yikes!!! I still have nothing to complain about. They have plenty of space for parking. Security pretty much every night. I came on a Thursday and they had steak and potato's for all my red meat eaters, only $10 and you get steak, a baked potato and one beer or well drink. Tell me that is not a great deal?!? All the bartenders are nice, and of course they do know my sofball team "Happy Hour" that they sponsor. These folks really know how to make you feel at home. Enjoyed this spot on Saturday night. Mixed crowd of millenials with a sprinkling of old Gs in the house. DJ Dr Kenneth spinned some solid hip hop dance beats. Nice pour on the alcohol by the bartender at reasonable prices. The bouncer was very nice and we felt safe. Clean, the place is clean. Appreciated that alot, especially the restrooms were clean!! The bartender (aside from Eric) doesn't know how to make many drinks, they go into the back to look up the recipe for common everyday cocktails. They OVER pour everything.. great if you want to get smashed fast bad it you want to prolong your night or have a business that actually makes money. I'm so glad this bar is doing so well that it doesn't need my money, because I will never go back again. My husband and I had been in this bar at least three or four times and had a really nice time. I think there were a couple of younger female bartenders there and a gentleman who used to talk to me about different Vape flavors, they were very, very nice. However we came in last night during a double date to celebrate my husbands birthday a week early and was ready to spend money, drink and dance....well it didn't happen because after we greeted the lovely bouncer at the door who was celebrating his birthday we sat down at the bar and couldn't get any drinks. First we waited patiently while the chunky short bartender took orders and an older old female bartender took orders (because I hate to interrupt people when they're pouring drinks as a former bartender understand what it's like to be slammed but I also knew how to do my job) but when they had a break in the drink pouring, we tried to get their attention and they refused to look down at the end of the bar where we were sitting. I waved, I tried to call them over the music playing, nothing. I grabbed a couple straws put them together and was able to touch the short chunk bartender, she looked at me finally and I said we'd like to order drinks when you're done and she just looked at me and looked away. I thought for sure she would come back after she finished her drinks and take our order but no....she went to the other end of the bar and started washing glasses and doing her best to avoid looking back down at the other end of the bar where we were sitting. I'm not sure if we were the right kind of customers or if she had a problem with us in general but I have never been treated so rudely in a place where I'm spending my money. To Who may Concern: We were there this Monday, We recently moved to this area, Our first time!!! at this bar, as soon we walked in we were greeted by the Bar Tender, He was super Nice, it was around 4:30pm, his Name is Eric SUPER NICE and FRIENDLY and very low key. by 6pm he clocked out :( and then we had a couple drinks we were feeling the vibe, just feeling comfortable, We had another round of drinks with the Bartender that clocked in at 6pm BRIAN W. 1.- He introduced him self, was arrogant then he was putting his show throwing glasses on the air, of course a show off dropped 2x the glasses there!!! 2.-He hardly talked to us, and when we were feeling comfortable, played some music. He made us feel like we want to get in his pants, just cause he was young and all pumped up!!! 3.-We put some money into the Jukebox got credit for 18 songs Awesome, 3 songs played and in the 5th one, as we listen the song and drink, The Bartender comes to Us, And SKIPS The song cause he said, he heard that song too many times, Without Asking Us!!!!! I've only been here like three times but each time has been great. Even the Taco bar was a welcome surprise/treat to go along with the bartender's specials. The ambiance and people are cool. Bathroom was clean and the thing I loved MOST is that the owners and bartenders were cool with letting our Active 20-30 club do a fundraiser there. Small place but I like that for a bar in Vallejo. Drink specials are good and bartenders are really nice. Good mix of older and younger people this isn't a place that discriminates. This bar is sweet! There is always drink specials and they have a long Happy Hour. They Have Taco Tuesdays and many other food specials through out the week.
