Since this was my first time planning an event, I wasn't quite sure what I needed, but Federico was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and checked in periodically as our RSVPs came in and our rental needs changed. FYI We ordered 10 8ft tables and 60 white resin chairs. They were in perfect shape and great quality. From the first phone call with Federico, to the estimate and invoicing, to the delivery and pickup, everything was easy, clear, and stress-free. The communication around both the drop-off and pickup was excellent. 100% on time. I always knew what to expect, and the crew was professional, friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I was a bit nervous planning this event but Tlapazola made the entire process seamless. Their customer service is outstanding, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Federico and team, for helping make our baby shower such a success. I happily recommend Tlapazola Event Rentals to anyone who needs event rentals!

About $1,000, where in three other different places I was quoted around $600-800. They kept calling, emailing AND texting me until I told them I no longer needed their services. Well, they still kept emailing me until I just had to block them. Also, their email etiquette is unprofessional. I can tell they really tried but this business needs a lot of improvement.

Super disappointing experience and a complete lack of pricing transparency. On their main page of…read morethe website, there is a place to fill in your ZIP Code and it will tell you your minimum. I did that and created an order accordingly to be told that I have not actually met the minimum. Additionally, be warned there was over a $100 delivery fee in addition to the minimum that is not disclosed anywhere across the website. Updating my review based off the response to encourage the owner to listen to the recording of the call. I was in no way rude to the person who answered.

I had made my initial deposits and reserved the pictured canopy, tables, chairs and table linens. It accommodated quite a few people (50+ guests). The canopy was set up in our backyard. Initially, we had planned to have the tent grounded to the grass but with the rain, last minute pivoted to the side of the house. One star has been removed, mainly because the communication closer to event was a little unclear. Specifically, because the event took place on the 3rd (right after new years), it was unclear when the set-up would take place. I did end up texting and reaching out and the correspondence came later in the day by Jorge. In addition, the rain delayed the set-up time and we did have to make up the last minute pivot. I found out later that due to the rain, his co-worker left early sick and he came alone to set up the canopy the night before. He did a great job securing the canopy and appreciated his service. Like mentioned above, it all worked out at the end and would definitely use South Bay Party Rentals/ Jorge again for future events.
