There were also slices of onions and peppers which is always a nice addition. When I ordered I mentioned that I like my pikliz spicy, and I was pleased that they made sure I got that, lol. I only mentioned it because I recently saw that some Haitian restaurants will make their pikliz less spicy in case there are customers who can't handle the heat. And I didn't want to take the chance and not get what I really like. I love the blue and red colors on the inside for the Haitian flag, as well as the Haitian wall art. I wish them lots of success, and I can't wait to try something else on their menu when I'm back in town.

The cottage fries were warm with some crispy edges but did seem a bit oily and over fried. The pita was pretty mediocre - the falafel and meat were both a bit dried out, and the pita and sauce left something to be desired. Other people at the meal also were a bit disappointed with their meals and said it wasn't as good as they had remembered so its totally possible we hit them at an off time. If I am ever in the area, I'd be willing to give it another try but I won't be requesting it.
