a take out container of food

I just visited my favorite food truck place ever again this Saturday. We missed him a couple weeks ago because he was out of town but I'm so glad he's back because his food is so amazing. I got the lemon chicken curry with Brussel sprouts with two bison Sambusas on the side. I was blown away by this new meal addition. The sambusas are always a hit if your looking for a light, airy, crunchy snack packed full of flavor. Love this guys food, he deserves a 1000 star rating!!

Curried goat

This place is simply spectacular. We saw them at the Green Cove Springs Soul Food Festival and I was reading the menu and I saw they have curried goat, so I had to try. It was absolutely spectacular; juicy, tender, and flavorful. Highly recommend this place if you see them!

The sambusas are great. Bison, lamb, chicken, goat. Whatever your preference, they are all delicious. Make sure to use that piri piri sauce on them too. Had to buy a jar of it for at home use it was so damn good.

First time attending the Night Market at the Amp as the market wrapped up I though I grab some dinner before heading home. I had the zanzibar glazed chicken with rice. Because I was torn between the chicken and the peri peri mushroom, in my order she included some of the mushrooms at no extra charge. Everything was delicious and they used biodegradable to go boxes. What drew me to this food truck was the unique cuisine but simplicity of the dishes. It was just the right balance for me to try something new. The pepper sauce is to die for. Highly recommended!

Sambuscas are delicious... I'm going to the market every weekend because I'm excited for my weekly craving.

I've had some corn here that rivals my beloved and much missed Midwest sweet corn. The candy cane beets are a rare treat. From dill to blueberries to zucchini and yellow squash, it's all been so very good. Prices are reasonable, downright excellent considering the quality, freshness and light eco-footprint. Right now their hours are limited to Saturdays from 8-noon. There's plenty of stuff, but early is better if you're looking for something that's just coming in or on it's way out. I've ordered my first $20 basket for delivery next week. I'll update my review with pictures and impressions after I get it. All the folks working the place are friendly and helpful. They offer gloves and sanitizer at the start of the line to help out in these tricky times. Overall, this is a great spot to check out. You won't find everything you're looking for, but the stuff is fresh and it's a buy-local win.

You might see tractors roll up through out the day bringing fresh picked broccoli or cauliflower. The carrots and potatoes are also grown right here, berries are local; and more I'm not thinking of for sure. The flavor and quality of the produce will knock your socks off!! County Line makes me seem like a better chef than I am, because everything tastes so good!! The fruit - berries, citrus, mangoes, bananas, you name it! They have several refrigerator coolers as well, where you can get herbs and lettuces. There are some locally made goods as well, local honey, barbecue and hot sauces, etc. The people are knowledgeable, kind and wildly efficient. The most amazing thing is their prices. The cauliflower is at least twice as large as what's sold at the grocery store; it tastes ten times better, and costs half. I have doubled the amount of vegetables we're eating weekly for less than I would have spent at the grocery store, and it tastes so good! Driving out each weekend has become a little ritual for me. I slow down, enjoy the drive, select wholesome, fresh for the week, and most weeks I get to see one of the farmers there unloading fresh veggies from their tractor and I get to thank someone who is integral to feeding my family. I'm sad when my schedule occasionally doesn't permit me to go. Good to know: bring cash, they don't accept cards. There is an ATM onsite, but course there is always a fee for using standalone machines. Such a special place, I wish them everything good.

The 210 Farmers market is only quite literally a couple of tents put together in the Watson Realtors parking lot. The market is held the 2nd Saturday of every month from 10am - 3pm. There are vendors with fruits and veggies, homemade miniature muffins, there has been a seafood vendor out of Mayport who has had a booth on occasion, a Brit who has a bakery down south who sells the most wonderful meat and sheppard pies and a specialty pasta vendor whom has more than once overwhelmed me with the endless array of bizarre handmade pastas that he sells. Perhaps now that the weather is warmer more vendors will start setting up shop at this market, in the meantime I am happy with the few who have loyally continued to set up shop on County Road 210 over this last year.

Garden supplies. Funnel cakes. BBQ. Boiled peanuts. Fresh baked bread or pastries. Some art. Unique home or handyman type items. There wasn't really any of that. Sad really. The location needs to be more visible. When it was in the Watsons real estate lot there was more activity. I think considering one of the vacant lots on the CR210 where people could see it and know it was there every Fri& Sat or every other week would allow it to grow. Even a Swap Meet feel where people could purchase booths or bring their own table to see consignment items, Handmade, up cycling items, used items like swip swap is a better idea. If anyone has that dream and ways to make that happen I would be happy to volunteer to get it up and functioning.
