It's rice noodles topped with ground pork, a shrimp-based sauce, fried garlic, chicharrones, a boiled egg, and a couple shrimp. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice on there and it's a wonderful blend of brightness, a bit of sourness, and a whole lot of savory. The ladies working there were super sweet, happy, and made sure we were taken care of! We had the following: Birria tacos: 9/10 - I've had plenty of Birria tacos and these were one of the best ones I've had! I don't like soggy Birria tacos, where they don't grill the tortilla for a crispier texture. They did it just right here and the tacos came out fresh, hot, crispy, with a lime and good amount of consume (dipping sauce) on the side. As soon as I bit into one, it was game over! The consume was packed full of flavors and you can taste the heartiness of the broth and fresh herbs and the meat was so juicy!!!
