I started buying their produce at the Riverside Arts Market. Then I was hooked. The tomatoes are delicious, the carrots are bigger than any carrot I have ever found in the store, the corn is so sweet. Not only is the food good, but it lasts forever. We opted for the biweekly delivery and sem to have more of a problem not using everything they bring us instead of running out of veggies. Support local farmers and really consider becoming a member. We were surprised by the number of vendors from local farms, handmade goods, and variety of food vendors. My mini Yelper walked away with fresh tomatoes and matcha, the rest of us snacked on boiled peanuts, and I couldn't resist datil blueberry jam and datil citrus salt. If you don't already know, datil is everywhere in St. Augustine thanks to Minorcan settlers who brought it centuries ago. You'll see datil everything in St Augustine because the peppers thrive in the soil here & love the hot, humid climate. Anyway, come hungry and ready to support local. It's a green market so they also encourage you to bring reusable bags.

I found great real freeze dried dog treats for my little dog whom has lots if allergies and can only have things made with duck, lamb, and venison so that was very exciting for us. We met a vendor that sold prize winning Kansas City barbecue rub that was amazing. We saw lots of beautiful fresh produce, bakery items and lots of homemade items, beautiful jewelry and art. Unfortunately I just didn't have enough $$ to go around because believe me I could have bought a lot of things! It was super refreshing! We just moved to the area & it was great learning about the history of the shop and other surrounding facts. The 210 Farmers market is only quite literally a couple of tents put together in the Watson Realtors parking lot. The market is held the 2nd Saturday of every month from 10am - 3pm. There are vendors with fruits and veggies, homemade miniature muffins, there has been a seafood vendor out of Mayport who has had a booth on occasion, a Brit who has a bakery down south who sells the most wonderful meat and sheppard pies and a specialty pasta vendor whom has more than once overwhelmed me with the endless array of bizarre handmade pastas that he sells. Perhaps now that the weather is warmer more vendors will start setting up shop at this market, in the meantime I am happy with the few who have loyally continued to set up shop on County Road 210 over this last year.

I think considering one of the vacant lots on the CR210 where people could see it and know it was there every Fri& Sat or every other week would allow it to grow. Even a Swap Meet feel where people could purchase booths or bring their own table to see consignment items, Handmade, up cycling items, used items like swip swap is a better idea. If anyone has that dream and ways to make that happen I would be happy to volunteer to get it up and functioning.
