They were called out because I locked my keys in the car. The guy that came out had problems opening my door. He was getting very frustrated and pulling on things. He finally wAs able to unlock my door and get my keys. My car handle and door is not broke. I called company to report the door being broke. They were very rude and stated my car is a 2004 Escalade and was probably already broke. I do not recommend this company. read more

Don't use them unless you have an official involved like insurance dealing with them direct...they are overpriced and fib on the pick up time therefore our overcharged on storage fees in addition to the cost of their initial tow. My classic car broke down on 108, rock hit the gas tank, when they showed up I said that I needed a flatbed, the owner was dismissive and told me he knew what he was doing. Instead they used a wheel lift truck, the body of my car got tweaked and the convertible top stopped working (after 15 years of working great). When I called the person who picked up tried to blame it on the rock that hit the underside, or the age of the car. So much for damage free transport. Thankfully we didn't wait long (maybe 15 minutes), and the driver was friendly and professional. On Monday, December 2nd, 2019, I tried to start my car to go to work, but it wouldn't start. I already knew I had a bad starter, but I was waiting on getting in to an auto shop, so I would always try this trick to make it start and usually it worked. I had to call in to work and was very stressed. I contacted my insurance for roadside assistance and they provided me with this towing service. I gave the towing company a call and they were EXTREMELY kind and helpful. They knew the answers to all my questions and were very nice when answering them. Once the man came with the tow truck, he was very kind and helpful as well. He got right to hooking up my car - in the rain, no less! I'm very thankful. They took away much of my stress. ***WARNING*** IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED HEAD TRAUMA DUE TO AN ACCIDENT, HE WILL MISLEAD YOU, TELL YOU THE CAR IS A TOTAL LOSS & ATTEMPT TO LEAVE YOU STRANDED BACK IN TOWN. ***GREEDY, PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES. *** I was involved in a rollover accident, hit my head which gave me a concussion & whiplash and had no reception at the scene. Couldn't call some other tow company, or even reach my insurance. CHP called them, and he worked on recovering the vehicle. While doing so, he left the rear doors OPEN, and literally everything inside the van fell out, and down a 40+ foot hill. With my head injury, I had to roll a 75lb spare tire up the embankment. He "neglected" to secure the vehicle while recovering it, and I have reason to believe he did so purposefully. He gets paid by the hour, and collecting all of my belongings definitely took a long time. While I was talking to CHP, he claimed that the vehicle wouldn't start. Seeing as how I was confused DUE TO SHOCK & HEAD TRAUMA, I accepted that fact initially because it was a partial rollover. While in the tow truck, he attempted to tell me that the van was a total loss, and that if I had full coverage "insurance will help you out". He then attempted to persuade me that thru some law he had to take the vehicle to his lot, and that I would be dropped off at some gas station in town. Then I had a chat with my father. After a brief conversation, he told me that I would be dropped off at said gas station, that I would have to pay with a credit card, and that the vehicle would be left in my custody. Turns out the car started just fine he just "didn't know that you have to crank the engine longer when it's flooded". Seeing as how towing is his chosen career, he should know that fact. He attempted to take advantage of a "customer" (more like hostage) who temporarily didn't have his wits about him. I will be contacting the BBB about this. I am outraged at this completely reprehensible behavior that is completely devoid of any hint of ethics, and morals. I seriously hope that this review helps even just one person from keeping their vehicle from falling into his hands. If it had ever gotten to that yard, I doubt I would ever have gotten it back. read more

SONORA police said " tow vehicle" the vehicle must be towed . The tow truck driver then asked how he was gonna be paid, knowing my daughter did not have cash on her . Knowing this he took payment from my daughters friend actin like it had to be paid then! It did not SONORA police ordered it to be towed off road! Then he had the balls to ask if he could have pink slip signed over to him. Thank god my daughter did not have pink or she Might of signed it over , she was cryin n didn't know the laws. Broke down on the Sonora bypass about 3:30 p.m. I called Vicks and they said it will be about a 3hr. wait. I said we just drove back from Monterey and picked up our 2 little dogs, we're in our 70s with no water, no ac. The suns beating down on us and we can't sit here for 3 hrs. This is most likely the worst tow company ever. I bought a van there that had 126,000 mi on the odometer and the owner told me they were original come to find out they switched the odometer from 300,000 mi to 126,000 mi. And the vehicle is not able to be registered in ca. Due to no smog equipment. I called the company back two days after I purchased it and did some repairs wanting a refund and all I got was a sorry about your luck we can't do anything. So I would never suggest doing business with this company !!! read more

Highly recommend the name says it all. I broke down in the middle of the stanislaus national forest in the middle of the night with no power or water on a dirt road ten miles in. This man picked me up 2:00 AM drove me 190 miles to my house in Hayward. He's the real MVP. I would've been happy just with the tow but he did it all for 500 bucks!!! The dispatcher said it would be a hour for there truck, it was much less than a hour when I heard the truck pull up. The driver Greg jumped right in to the hitchhiker plants, he did a fine job at first he was a little concerned about the way I had the Jeep parked and not able to run. We worked together and with his training and experience we were able to get it lined up with the flat bed, Greg had loaded in no time and off we went. The price w Daveas very reasonable since my tow card had expired I paid cash. Very Happy with the service, and Greg the driver was great. Would use them again in a heart beat. read more
