There wasn't a six hour window that I had to wait around for. We scheduled for 10am, and he was there at 10am sharp. 3) Stevie completed the job the same day in a time far faster than anticipated. 4) Stevie was professional, polite, great to talk to, and a true tradesman. I was surprised how much easier interacting with Just Your Plummer was compared to Bill Howe Plumbing. Not that dealing with Bill Howe is complicated, but Just You Plummer streamlined the process, and they did it at less than half the cost. I originally scheduled with Bill Howe which would take two separate appointments. The first was to quote the parts needed, and the second to schedule and perform the work. Bill Howe quoted me at $625 to replace five shut off valves where Just Your Plummer completed the job in half the appointments, and at less than half the cost. I saved a day and over $300. I couldn't be happier.

He is doing an excellent job, fast, efficient, and in a clean fashion. The cabinet space under the faucets is so small, I admire how he does his job under these circumstances. I talked to him a lot while he was working (and he always kept on his mask), he is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. I will always ask for him when I need a plumbing job in the future. Last but not least their fees are very competitive and reasonable.

I'd scanned Yelp to find a plumber to replace my kitchen faucet. I contacted RDZ and after a nice call said yes, though of course I felt the price was too high, but where did I go to plumber's school? Then the phone calls started, some impersonating RDZ and some trying tp take the job. At that time I felt there was some scam going on, and eventually cancelled the job. Apparently I cancelled it with one of the usurpers and not RDZ. Thanks Yelp for sharing my number with so many other plumbers, I'd estimate at least 6. So poor RDZ was on their way, on a Saturday as requested and called to confirm, and I told them I'd cancelled the job. We were all upset but I'd found a local plumber who only works weekdays. I had an unusually available friend who drove from San Diego to open the house here in Julian, CA. I believe RDZ would have done a fine job were they not overwhelmed by Yelp-driven competition, to the point that just had to shut down the process. In fact before I post let's just raise them to that 5th star. Thanks for reading and I hope you remember this review of Yelp and their practices. And there's my mistake of not taking notes on who was calling, checking for problems. Acknowledged.

I was required to get a Moen Flow valve installed in order to get carried for home insurance. This…read moredevice comes with a supposedly *free installation* that is booked through a phone app called Frontdoor. Frontdoor cancelled my appointment for installation and said they won't have availability for another two weeks. So I called Moen to get a listing of authorized plumbers and will request a reimbursement for the installation from Moen (thanks Frontdoor for not doing your job). Apparently I am better at booking appointments than they are. Maybe I should apply to work there? Although I am partially covered up to $300 by Moen for reimbursment, I had to go a little over to book Original Plumbing. In comparison, a competitor quoted $500 more for the same service. In all fairness, Joe had to do a little extra work to make sure that I would be compliant and not have issues with Moen in the future. That alone is a life saver giving me peace of mind. I already had to get a power outlet on the outside of the house installed for this supposedly *free* device (after purchase) that is costing me a fortune. But at least Joe and Original Plumbing helped keep my costs as low as possible and I should be in good standing with my home insurance coverage. Joe was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I am happy that I chose him and it is nice to finally not have this nightmare project looming over me anymore since he completed it successfully.

We use it as a dish rack (token Asian family style). BB wanted to get a new dishwasher, since the old one had become nasty from not being able to run it. We also needed a high loop to be done, since we do not have an air gap. She also wanted to change out our white kitchen farmstyle sink for a black one, which would hopefully lessen her OCD. We would also change out the sink fixtures at the same time to gold ones. Our previous plumber gave us a quote which almost made me pass out from being so high, so I asked around and my close acquaintance referred me to Joe with Original Plumbing. I contacted him with my project, and he promptly got back to me with an itemized quote. The pricing was very fair for the scope of work. I contacted him again to schedule an appointment for the next week. Him and his employee showed up on time. They were respectful, courteous, and extremely competent. You can tell Joe is a master of the craft, and he let me know he has been a plumber for 20 years plus. It definitely shows in his work and the pride he takes in it! He completed everything and we couldn't be happier with the results. I already have another project lined up for my bathroom and will be using Joe exclusively from here on out. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done!
