This was quite different from my past experiences with other movers. The guys were super efficient and never quit moving, even in the hot Florida sun. I'd definitely recommend them as a trusted company to anyone I love.

I found them to be much more economical than their competitors for a local move. The initial contact was easily made via their website and they contacted me within 24 hours to schedule the date and place a deposit via Zelle. The actual move was excellent as well. Although my move was fairly simple with several pieces of furniture and boxed items, they still wrapped most items to protect them. They were efficient and completed the move in a timely manner saving me money. They even accommodated my request to reschedule the move a day earlier with 2 days of the original date.

Brent did a site visit at my home to give me an accurate quote and told me if I need boxes prior to my move, I could pick them up from their warehouse. I did need boxes and Esteban ended up dropping them off to me which was really nice! My move took two days - the first for packing and loading my belongings and the second for moving and unpacking. The three gentlemen who did this for us, Arod, Josh and Gabe were really pleasant and efficient. The two days were long but went smoothly and although it was expensive, I felt like we got what we paid for and had no surprises with the bill at the end!

I appreciate any company that makes genuine effort to reach out and make things right, and a company that cares about their customer's experience working with them. This was the first time I've used Headway in a move, and would recommend them for their commitment to an overall positive experience. ________________ I recently moved with help from Headway. The positives: the men that did my move were efficient, worked well together, and asked great questions regarding where items should go in the destination home. They had no trouble lifting the items and worked very quickly to get the items loaded and unloaded. However, I am disappointed that we were left with some damage to our furniture, including a nightstand I had just bought recently for our new home. I would've appreciated a heads up that the damage was made, but unfortunately nothing was said. This was realized after the moving team had left, and the damage is pretty obvious, so it's not like it was missed. I called the office regarding this damage and received no response. I would like to say that this move went seamlessly, but being left with major damage to furniture without being notified is a huge hit to what I thought otherwise was a pleasant moving experience...

To move heavy furniture from House #1 to House #2 then take furniture from House #2 and move back…read moreto House #1 is a bit distressing, nerve racking to say the least. Well, this was the task me and my sister were faced with. Yuk! Not only her house, but mine as well ... I am House #3 who did ditto above! I have had dealt with couple of local moving companies in the past that were "eh" due to high pricing, and lack of experience with staff which resulted in furniture damages. The best experience ever was when the movers asked for their gratuity tip! OMGoodness So, this task ahead of us had to be completed by a certain date! My Sister finally settled with Family Movers Express. She phoned me, spoke higly of her experience with Family Movers Express. Their price had a 2-hr nominal minimum base fee, then $125/hr after. She was impressed by the efficiency and accuracy in handling the entire "360" move, but most of all, the little amount of time to complete = 3-hrs. Several heavy furniture from H#1-Oviedo moved to H#2-Avalon Park. Several antique furniture, LR furniture, etc from H#2-Avalon Park moved back to House #1-Oviedo. With all of the "blah blah blah" above, me being House #3 only took 2-hrs! Yay ... excellent movers! Extremely happy, satisfied with their overall service, recommended highly!

They covered, wrapped and labeled every piece of furniture we had, and did it with care. We had some big, heavy pieces of furniture, they didn't complain and they moved us from a 2-story to a 2-story. And not only that, but they were quick about it. Packed and moved a 4-bedroom house in less than 3 hours. Incredible! My family and I are so grateful to these guys and Sebastian for hiring quality people. The movers took a long time to move my things for my studio, but they did have to disassemble and assemble furniture which they did well.
