We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. The only thing we regret was not contacting them sooner and choosing them as our original movers. We can't say enough nice things and HIGHLY recommend Orlando Express Movers. They really saved our move. Thanks guys!

She cleaned behind the fridge stove and couch. Cleaned all of the surfaces and even took everything out of our shelving in our office to clean it. She dusted all of our vents, cleaned the bathrooms and under the beds. She also cleaned stains out of our rug in the living room and we paid $350 for everything. I think her price was fair and she cleaned extremely fast. We gave her the code to our door because we were out of town so they are extremely trust worthy. I debated whether or not I would actually leave a review for a while. But after my experience, it…read morewould be wrong for me to not share. After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over. But weeks later and I'm still finding places where she just did not clean. I paid for a move in move out clean WITH an up charge for extra cleaning and got...two days of stress and the old owners crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Sinks, windowsills, cabinets. I've spent hours scrubbing them all myself. I paid hundreds of dollars and I wholeheartedly regret wasting the money. Please don't repeat my mistake.

Jenny was prompt in answering my telephone call, explaining the services and scheduling an…read moreappointment. Jenny brought up a discount if my house was clean enough and "up to her standards" since I had a cleaning service until the week prior. The amount for the service was a little unclear, but I felt I had a ball park figure and it would be ironed out wjen we met face to face. Jenny checked in with me the day prior as a reminder, to ensure everything was still ok to proceed. Three ladies arrived on time and began cleaning. Jenny arrived shortly after to look over my residence, we discussed doing our dishes this time and as part of our re-occuring service. Jenny told me that my house was very neat and tidy, then gave me a price that did not reflect any discount. The ladies did clean for 3 hours. I returned home and the ladies had already left. I found a sink full of dirty dishes (which was discussed to be done), none of our 5 ceiling fans were dusted, our garbage can was empty but no trash liner was replaced (which we had a large box of bags directly next to the trash can), two of the small bedroom trash can liners had large holes exposing the entire bottom of the trash can, a paper shredder bin next to our computer desk was not emptied and our couches were not wiped down. I contacted Jenny about these issues. She said she would discuss this with her workers. I waited the rest of the day and evening to hear a response, but did not receive one. Ater arriving home, my wife was very upset with paying the amount we did and receiving such poor attention to detail. We have had a cleaning service for over 2 years and have never experienced anything close to these issues, lack of communication if deficiencies were communicated and such a high price point for sub-standard work. I took several photos of the items listed above and sent them to Jenny with no response. If I were looking for a thorough cleaning service, with excellent customer service and at a reasonable price I would look elsewhere. I really wanted to like Jenny and Zen Clean Solutions, but they missed the mark by a long shot!
