We arranged a time that same day and he was prompt and very professional. Unknown to us, the new locks that we had bought were not compatible with our door. Zee suggested we try one he had and sure enough it worked! We did not know that some locks do not work on all doors. Zee explained that if we want to change other door locks he recommended to get the same name brand. He was able to install the new locks quickly and repackaged up the one we had purchased so it can be returned. Even though we have to take the locks back, at least we have workable locks on our door. Thank you ZEE for your service!

His original quote was very reasonable and the actual cost of the work needed was also extremely reasonable. Zee was very professional and friendly. He was able to repair the lock on my front door which had a couple of issues and it is working nicely, but it is pretty old so I will likely replace it at some point. My other lock on the door leading to the garage was a bigger problem as it would always stick and was not lined up well with the door. Zee showed me where parts of the lock were bent and recommended replacing the lock which made perfect sense since he was also able to rekey the new lock to my existing key. He also took the extra time to really figure out what was out of alignment between my door and the lock and did some repositioning that completely resolved a problem I have been dealing with for years - extremely pleased!
