After asking for an updated for the second time, they said it'd be at least another 30 minutes. Even though the office was "closing" already. Ended up just leaving. I unfortunately didn't have time to wait 1.5 hours at 5 pm at night. Multiple other people sitting in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes +. One lady walked out from the back to ask if a doctor was ever going to come into the exam room to see her because she had been sitting there for so long. Clearly no time management or respect for patients time. Quite the bummer after waiting a month for the appointment, leaving work early, and sitting in the waiting room for so long.

Dr Hsu is a Excellent physician with an unbelievable skill set. I was seen at a different pain…read moremanagement practice and all they wanted to do were Epidural Steroid Injections, they were not helping. I asked my surgeon for a referral and he sent me the Dr Hsu. He reviewed my MRI and said I needed Ablation in my lumbar spine at 3 levels. I agreed to the procedure. His technique is flawless it hardly hurt. The procedure took less than an hour I was impressed. The pain changed from extreme pain to about half the intensity for about a month. Then slowly the pain went away and my range of motion came back as well and the pain level is just a minor annoyance. I can do PT to restore additional range of motion and solve my muscle atrophy from not being able to bend efficiently for years. Dr Hsu also stated that the ESI's would not work and I needed the Lumbar RFA, which worked at unbelievable levels. The staff are also great, they care and keep you updated. (Even though online it indicates Costco does take test from other sources, which I had done, this Costco does not and repeats the hearing test). I did that and it was for a week later. Scheduler couldn't have been nicer. An appointment was made for the actual hearing test, a week later. I arrived 30 minutes early and had to wait a considerable time. During my test the associate took 2 other customers, interrupting my test twice. I was asked to wait outside the testing booth. I did so trying to accommodate the scheduling they had obviously made with no care about their customers. At the end of the test the associate placed the hearing aids in my ears...one did not work, the other made a loud steady noise in my ear. She removed the hearing aids, fumbled with them a bit and then went to the door, opened it and indicated I was to leave...my appointment was ended. I received no demo of the hearing aids to know whether they were appropriate for me; her demo hearing aids did not work. (Customers need to do their research first of the brands of hearing aids Costco sells because there is no information provided or tested as to which hearing aid would be more appropriate for the customer) I expected a demonstration of the hearing aids I was to purchase and made the trip in to Costco again to ask for one. The scheduler look at the notes of my test and said the testing associate said she didn't believe I would use the hearing aids. Really? That's why I've made all these appointments, trips to Costco (one scheduled at noon on Sat...you know how that is) There was a back and forth with another associate and finally I got an appointment for a demo. I did go in and the same associate had a pair of hearing aids that did work and it was a successful experience. I did mention that I wondered why my chart indicated I wouldn't wear them and that it was so difficult to convince the scheduler that I wanted an appointment. It was all very civilized. I gave the go ahead to order them. Another appointment was made for a consultation for 11 days later to get my new hearing aids and have them programmed and instructions on care and how to use. This appointment went well and I walked out with the feeling this was going to work well to improve my lifestyle. Another appointment was made for a month later to check if they were working well for me and make any adjustments. It was a different Costco associate. During that time problems with charging the hearing aids did occurred. The hearing aids wouldn't would stay charged for only about 6 hours. I was told they should be charged for around 15 hours of use. There were other problems but we didn't discuss those. During this appointment she said my appointment was not at the time I arrived. I Knew I had not made a mistake. She was extremely rude. Telling me "how short they were on associates" (I don't wonder working with associates like that) and it was all my fault. It was quite an explosive lecture directed entirely at me with no acceptance they could be wrong in their schedule which has been not the best several times in this experience to buy hearing aids at Costco. The appointment was very short, but when I did not argue or be disrespectful in any way I thought maybe she was new and didn't understand customer service. Another appointment was made for me to return the hearing aids to the manufacturer a week later. I was prepared to go. My appointment was for 10:30. I received a voicemail at 9:53 that they had to reschedule my appointment and I should call them. I tried 4 times to return the call and it went to their voicemail. No one called me back. I went in to the Costco and arrived at the time of my original appointment. The SAME ASSOCIATE who had been so rude before was there. Sugar dripped. She was so sorry that an associate had to go home and no one there who could see me. There were TWO associates behind the counter. Her tone was so saccharine, nothing like the rude appointment before. Batting her eyes with a "have a nice day". I mentioned I hoped she had a nice day too. I questioned why it takes so long to return the hearing aids to her department so they can return to manufacturer...well sooo much paperwork and they have to walk to the front of the store to do something, etc., etc. Apparently there was a vindictiveness at play as a result of the previous appointment confusion. The blond associate (well today it was more brown hair) needs a review of customer service. Since there has been so much difficulty with the associates at this Costco and their obvious attitude I would never recommend this store. I have no experience with other warehouses but when I said I NO LONGER WANTED THE HEARING AIDS. It was of no concern to her...well...ok. Another appt made to cancel HAs.

And, the price of my hearing aids are almost HALF of what the independents charged! Picked up my hearing aids today and the fitting and explanation were thoroughly professional. I would recommend you skip going to the highly advertised places you see in the newspaper and go directly to Costco to have your hearing checked. You will be glad you did.

A couple of weeks ago I had my first botox treatment & 'lip flip' and I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. Heather explained everything and made sure I felt comfortable and knew exactly what to expect. It's been a couple weeks and the results are amazing. Heather even makes it a point to check in a couple of times within the 2 weeks to make sure you're loving your results. I just had my first full body laser hair removal treatment today too!! I went in SO nervous... like I was expecting it to hurt and it was honestly the easiest thing I've ever done... now I'm just upset that I didn't start this years ago. The whole body (and yes... I mean every crevice... lol) took only 40-45 minutes and I felt super comfortable. She has the most high tech laser wand and there is no pain AT ALL. I'm trying to get a reduction mammoplasty for breast hypertrophy, and I think they're used to just being thrown money to do nose jobs. After waiting in the consultation room for 45 minutes, I went to the front desk and asked if I had been forgotten. They advised no, and the doctor came in maybe 5 or 10 minutes later. The "consultation" was him giving me information that I had already Googled, then upselling liposuction. No asking what symptoms I have, what physical therapy I've done, nothing. They submitted info to my insurance company while saying that it's rare for it to be approved, which of course it won't be if they don't bother to ask for or include any previous treatment. I'm not giving 1 star because maybe I should have demanded that they include that info, but I'd think that's part of their job. Bottom line, don't go for medically necessary procedures if you don't want to pay (in my case) $22k for the whole thing.

UPDATE: So they called me back finally and now gave the excuse that they could not refund the $20…read moreon my bank account due to there being a "fraud" report blocking it and they need my bank to notify them that it was removed. First, even if the bank did, they cannot refund it on the original card because that was cancelled. Second, the extra payment I made was on a credit card and so that is where the refund should go. That has no block. Their billing practice is sketch and so I did file a formal complaint and told them in no uncertain terms that my complaint stands, my low reviews stand, and they can keep the $20 if they feel all of this makes them feel good about their ethical practices in terms of billing and customer service. I have spent too much of my personal time, my work time, dealing with this. Fair would have been that both me and the company work to resolve the issue, but it has been essentially put on me. They took no accountability, offered no apology for my inconvenience, and gaslighting me. This is unfortunate because they have genuinely good counselors, therapists on staff but their leadership and overall ethics have much to be desired. This is my last update because I refuse to give them one more second of my valuable time for $20. Chalking this up to a $20 lesson of where not to do business. UPDATE: Downgraded my rating because I realized that they took my payment without recognizing that they had already took it so now THEY OWE ME $20. I keep calling the number on the automated response to these reviews that they say to call and I cannot get a live person. So now, they are 1 star and I can't get anyone to call me back. They are now claiming they credited it to my account but could not answer how this could be since I do not see a credit back to either my credit card or to my bank account. So the therapists are good as are the staff. The reason for my very low rating is because of the fact that they charged my card on file for a $20 copay owed from ONE YEAR AGO WITHOUT TELLING ME and so I thought it was fraudulent charge, cancelled my debit card, waited over a week to get my new one, had to notify all places that used my old debit card.
