Dr. Breithart is clearly quite skilled and she certainly made me feel both comfortable and confident I was getting the right solution for my needs. After a thorough hearing evaluation, she then took the time to talk to my wife and I about our observations, my lifestyle and how that might affect the kind of devices chosen, and answered a slew of questions. Then and only then did she recommend a specific solution. I was able to try on demo models to confirm fit and functionality, and walked out with a great solution that day. In two weeks, just as promised, my custom hearing aides came in and I exchanged the demo models for my own pair.
