She gently takes a tool and takes out the excess ear wax. The last time I had wax removed, the doctor used a water bulb that he squirted into my ear, and it was so uncomfortable because I got dizzy from the water filling my one ear. Anyway, this way by Dr. Solat rocks!! Her patient care is fantastic and kind, and it was so easy to schedule for her office because you do it all online! I highly recommend Dr. Mandi Solat! They also offer hearing aids, hearing tests, and other hearing needs because she is an audiologist! Located in Lakewood, but I came from Westminster, not a bad drive.

She explained the testing in detail and gave me a very clear overview of my results. This review is based on my sister's experience with this practice. My sister has called me after EVERY appointment extremely upset because she feels that her concerns are not being heard and that she is not getting the communication or support she needs. She has even asked me to come to an appointment with her to help explain what she needs because of my own experience navigating hearing loss and hearing care. What is most frustrating is that she should not have to feel like she needs another person there just to be listened to. Hearing loss is already incredibly difficult to navigate, and patients deserve patience, communication, and a provider who takes their concerns seriously. I also want to be clear that I am not claiming to speak for every patient or saying that everyone will have the same experience. I am sharing what my sister has experienced and how upsetting it has been to watch. Rather than dismissing the concern as a "fake review," I would hope the response would be an opportunity to listen and do better. Robert, I genuinely hope you take this feedback seriously. We had to pay cash for them too. My husband can't hear from them. It's hard to get a hold of them. we tried for a month. We were tossed to the Asian doctor, and I don't know her name. She is so rude. My husband has dementia and TBI he doesn't do well alone and she said I cannot help him and took him back. Wellbeing mostly nonverbal she treated him badly and wasted time and money. Just awful how they treat people and people need to be careful they are nice at first than they become mean after ringing us for $12,000. Shame on you!! Same on me for thinking they was good doctors and wanted the best for their patients.
