They sent Amir who was very kind and professional. He showed up on time. He worked quite quickly. He found the problem, bought the parts, and fixed my issue. He had to come back to grout as the tiles needed to dry. He showed up on time the second time and also worked quickly. Luckily the issue was just in the baseboard and Amir explained how the damage happened and made sure to seal everything well. However, we would not recommend their service, unless for emergency because of the the lack of transparancy with the fees and charges. We were quoted $800 + materials for a job that actually took 4 hours, and they charged us the higher amount rather than adjust our fee to the actual time, which was much less than quoted by the administrative person based on a picture that we sent. It's clear that they are looking to make a quick dollar and not retain customers!.

Kris completed two separate projects at my house this past December 2025. The first project was…read morefrom December 14 to 15 when he re-grouted the master bath and replaced the exhaust fan. The finished job was beautiful. The shower room looked like new. On December 23, a water leak started in the ceiling above the small bathroom downstairs. I called a plumber but unfortunately with two plumbers showing up they could not find the source of the leak. I never expected that I would be calling Kris again to tear the ceiling down in order to find the source of the water leak. I was nervous that with Christmas less that two days away that I would never find someone available to fix the water damage and plumbing issue. I called Kris the second time and without hesitation he said I'll be there in half an hour. As promised, he showed up and assessed the situation. We agreed that it can wait until the 26th to tear the ceiling down since the water leak was not so extensive. He came back on the 26th and tore the ceiling and found the source of the water leak. He was able to save ¾ of the ceiling (1/4 of which were tiled). To my surprise he told me that he will only charge me 45% of the original cost for the tear down. I never knew a contractor who values honesty so much to save you more money. The plumber came back later and repaired the leaking pipe. After the plumbing was done, Kris put new insulation, replaced the ceiling, applied fresh new paint, and replaced the exhaust fan. I could not be happier with the quality of work that Kris had done at a reasonable price. It was around the holiday and all I could say is that Kris took that stress away from us knowing that we have the right man with great skills to finish and deliver a job well done. An honest, trustworthy, and reliable person that is so hard to find nowadays. THANK YOU Kris. Will be reaching out to you for my next project!

So when we made a list of projects we wanted to have completed before listing our home for sale we contacted Jayson. He came out and emailed us a quote for the bulk of the projects which included scraping and painting the outside trim and a couple of weathered ends of the house. We made him aware we were on a timeline. Although we thought his estimate was high for the work we were confident he would get the job done quickly and it would be a quality finish. Well...after weeks of promises to be there and times of someone showing up and working for an hour or two along with many texts and calls from me to see when things were going to get done over 5 weeks later the painting was complete! Mind you we have a small single story ranch. Jayson talks the talk...he'll promise you the moon on a platter...but he doesn't deliver!
