They promptly responded to my emails and called me back when I left a voicemail. It was easy to schedule an appointment on the phone. Just FYI, they get booked out pretty quickly, so it would be best to schedule ahead of time to get your ideal time slot. On the day of the appointment, our groomer (Natalie) parked right in front of our house. We had two fur babies that were in desperate need of a bath. Natalie spent about one hour on each boy. They were so happy after getting their bath, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping. After the service, they were adorned with a cute bow tie and bandana. I was a little worried since this was their first grooming experience. We usually just bathe them at home. Natalie did such a great job putting both fur babies at ease.
