Came in, asked for a estimate, told them repeatedly I'm recently disabled and fighting for social security disability, I do not have any income. Received an estimate, paid in full, over 5000.The doctor told me the only thing due at time of abutment was 138.50 . Just had second liner put in and was told when I come back in 4 months balance due is 896.00. What the he'll! You gave me a full invoice with the balance being 138.50. So I canceled it. I went in asking if they took my Dental Insurance (Humana) and was assured they did. I paid my copay got my lower plate made and a month or so after I found that they had lied to me. They didn't actually take my insurance. They are demanding payment now for half the cost of my dentures. I'm on Social Security don't have an extra $585 just lying around. If they had just been truthful upfront, I would have gone elsewhere. They were the professionals not me. They knew what insurance they took. read more

Love this place!! So kind . I've had a crown with an infection underneath . I went to my DENTIST and they had said I needed to go to a specialist, ok I went the specialist the next day and she pretty much just said she didn't know if she could save the tooth we wanted a retreat root canal , so she gave us the option to pull it but wouldn't do it herself . . So called our dentist back to see if he would pull it . Big fat nope . What's the use on having a dentist if he doesn't do extractions ?? Called these guys , very kind ! Took my info and with our insurance was only 31 bucks! That specialist who did nothing was 79 bucks. They took Care of me so well , they are the specialist. They told me that I had to have a 700 teeth cleaning instead of the free teeth cleaning. They refused to clean my teeth unless it's 700 cleaning. She said it was shots and all this. It was no different than a regular one except the 700 had no shots or floss. She told me to floss my teeth when I got home?? What kind of business is this. I had to beg to talk to my new doctor. Then she said my dentist in fort smith that is part of their company, must not have cared. Omg!!! read more

I started going there over a year ago. I saw Dr. Wilson. The last few times I've been in there, over the year he's been gone. I asked the assistant and manager where he is because I surely liked his gentle touch, and ability to calm me down cause I'm scared to death of going to the dentist. They all refused to tell me. (as I have found out that Im not the only one they refused to tell). I wanted to see one Dr. and not a different one each visit. 3 in total. i found out Dr. Wilson is at SEQUOYAH DENTAL in Fayetteville, in case there are others out there looking for him. And I know there are. I spent well over $3000 for work and had to go to Dr. Wilson to have it all fixed because they obviously don't know what the hell they are doing at DDS. read more

The prices are affordable and the quality of the dentures is great. The staff did a wonderful job of calming my nerves and putting me at ease. I went in today for my final plate and Erika was fabulous! She made sure the fit was perfect but I left. The overall experience was such a good one that my husband (who is terrified of the dentist) is going in for a procedure next week. read more

The work performed was good and I have no complaints about that. It is 8 months later I'm receiving another bill for work done on my wife early last summer. The work performed was elective cosmetic. She had 6 crowns put in. We knew from the beginning that insurance would not cover any of them. The dental office knew this as well. When the work was complete we paid and that was that, or so we thought. We received another bill around the 27th of January for unpaid insurance amount on the crowns. From the beginning there should not have been insurance filed on the crowns. They submitted anyway in July 2016 and were denied and instead of letting it go and sending me the bill at that time they appealed and guess what? They lost the appeal. Reminds me of the kid that is trying to push the door open when it clearly states pull. They received the appeal notice around December 1 and didn't send out a bill to us till late January. The explanation I got this morning was that the Doctor did not communicate that this was elective cosmetic to billing. How did billing know what to bill me if there was no communication? We have a quote from them for the Crowns that was closer to what we paid already. Are they billing you correctly? Maybe the Dr. didn't communicate very well. I gave them an invoice for my time this morning as well. During this whole time my wife was having 2 teeth pulled which required that she take pain medication before the procedure. You also have to sign a release which they failed to have her do. They would not allow her to sign after the pain pills took affect. Tis required a 2d trip to have the teeth pulled. So my invoice was for my full day and her half day that she had to miss. I'm sure they are having a good laugh about it but in 90 days we'll take it to collection in court. Bottom line is I'm paying for their mistakes, let's see if they own up to any of them. Work is good but if we can't trust them to communicate within the office and bill in a reasonable amount of time, is it worth going to them? read more
