If your appointment is for 2 pm, be there a few minutes early because at 2 pm you will be walking back to a room. Whatever the purpose of the visit, you will taken care of and on your way quicker than most haircuts or fast food drive-thru's. Aside from the typical care, I also began the use of Invisalign almost a year ago. They have walked me through this process and are helping me progress to a better smile. Chief among his complaints about his visit: 1. The dentist began trying to pull his teeth before his mouth was numb. When he tried to complain he was ignored. 2. The dentist (or an assistant) literally broke several of his teeth while trying to extract them, leaving parts of the tooth in his gums and then trying to dig them out, all while my son was in extreme pain. 3. The dentist spoke very harshly and was in no way professional. 4. The dentures never fit right and caused a lot of pain whenever my son tried to wear them. When my son called a few days later to let them know they still did not fit correctly he was told that he had not given it enough time to heal. Eventually he quit trying to wear them because of the pain. This experience was so horrible l wanted to contact the Dental Association and file a complaint on behalf of my son, but he begged me not to - he just wanted to "move on" and try to forget the experience. Now, several years later, he still can't eat unless he takes his dentures out, so he refuses to eat at a restaurant or out in public. I would strongly urge people NOT to do business with this practice. My son was treated like dirt and STILL needs dentures because of the terrible experience he had with this business.
