I've been apprehensive about new dentists for years after nightmare visits and sketchy clinics. I could tell you some horror stories. Dr Medellin and his staff are amazing. Well spoken and thorough. They went through everything that had to be done and gave me a complete no bs breakdown. And for the first time in years, I felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of or lied to. The office is clean with updated equipment and the comfort of home - I'm able to relax and watch some Netflix while I'm having work done, how awesome is that? I left the office looking forward to a return appointment knowing I was in good hands and I have been telling friends and family about this practice since. I 100% recommend this place if you're looking for a dentist with the "magic touch". The only pain I've had from my procedures so far is a little tenderness from the novocaine injection site. A doctor that can pull that off is rare. I'm fairly certain I found a diamond in the rough, right here in the valley.

Not sure how they have 4 stars. I recently got dental insurance, and this is the place I was…read moreassigned to. I thought I'd give it a go since it had fairly good reviews and I also had a broken filling that needed fixing. First impressions were not great, the place is extremely outdated, and it was so hot in there!! I came in and filled out the paperwork. The dental assistant seated me and took X-rays. The doctor comes in and examines my teeth/gums with her mirror and begins to question me about how often I floss. Proceeds to recommend a special gum cleanse (hasn't even been 6 months since my last check up/cleaning). She leaves and tells me her front desk lady will come in and quote me. At this point, I'm confused because after looking at my X-rays and teeth, she didn't catch the giant hole in my tooth?? Not only that, but not once was I asked by anyone the reason for my visit. The front desk lady comes in and quotes me $40 today for gum cleansing. Seems to me that they're looking for easy money. I display my frustration and tell her no, I'm here because I have a broken filling that I want to get fixed, even though I wrote down that I have a broken filling on paper before being called inside. She called the doctor back in, and she examined my teeth again, saying she didn't see it. I was quoted, a few days later, I called to get statements printed for the procedure, but their printer was broken and I would be receiving it in the mail. Never received anything. Clearly, they do not care about their patients. Will not be returning.

I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who did my deep cleaning the last time I was here because she was pretty great as well... very thorough and gentle. I've been a patient of Dr. Ourfalian for several years, and I was actually referred to him by my CPA who used to share the same office building (also a wonderful guy). It's been a good minute since I've seen Dr. Ourfalian, but recently I referred the love of my life to his office for some dental work and to check out an infected tooth. My boyfriend said he was instantly at ease with Dr. Ourfalian, despite being embarrassed about the condition of his teeth at the moment, and he said he wishes he would have gone to see him much sooner. Dr. Ourfalian is honest and doesn't try to upsell you on anything; he is also gentle and very thorough. I believe their office still offers options for dental insurance, and if a larger procedure is necessary, they there are a few financing programs available to help out with the cost. All of the other positive reviews are true and from real patients, so I hope those and mine are enough to assure you that you'll be in good hands! Fabricated Cavity from digitally tampered X-ray…read more This review is from my experience with them 3 years ago back in September of 2022. It was a draft that was not completed. I'm surprised this office is still in business and did not have any major lawsuits that shut them down. They send mass direct mail advertising all around the community for free cleaning and x-ray. When you go in, they tell you about problems you don't have. Dr. Kniter told me I had to get a crown done due to a cavity, but thankfully I had a second opinion from my old dentist, and there were no issues. He would have destroyed my tooth for profit. Dr. Kniter altered the x-ray to show a dark spot to indicate there was a cavity, when there was none. I contemplated on filing a lawsuit. It is surprising to see that they are still operational. Cases like this are rare in getting exposed because patients get taken advantage of due to the knowledge gap without ever finding out. If they got caught in this one instance, highly probable this has happened multiple times. I feel bad for the patients who got their teeth mishandled by this office. I could almost see the horns protruding out of the head of this man. Always go to the 1 star section of the business to get a fuller picture. There are many similar stories. I hope this review protects the community from greedy health professionals who have no interest in your well being.
