Cosmic's dispatch and likely owner called half an hour later saying they had a cancellation and if I could fill the slot. I of course said yes Albert, the technician arrived promptly afterwards. Polite, professional and technically savvy he went straight to work. After doing some diagnostics he presented a plan for not only a repair but a rework that would add value to my home for a minimal investment. It was reasonably priced and they had the components in the van. This is especially important these days when supply chain is hugely constrained. Everyone knows your A/C breaks when it is most under demand so parts and electronics that are failing shouldn't be left to chance. Long story short Albert completed the re-work and servicing within a few hours. He did so in a clean, well organized and methodical manner. Albert appreciated that my grandson, a 4 month old, was napping in the room below the attic and was quite exceptional in keeping the noise to a minimum. This was hugely appreciated by my daughter and her husband. We all will now rest much easier knowing the system has been made reliable again with the right repairs and rework done correctly the first time. I strongly recommend Cosmic for all of your HVAC needs. If you are selling or buying a home they also offer the service of inspecting the HVAC so you aren't reliant upon a lesser experienced home inspector's visual inspection. Thanks Cosmic for a job well done.

I spend a good deal of time here cooking for family and friends and it has been the central gathering place the whole time we lived here. My wife visited the showroom and friendly staff worked with her for over an hour to identify exactly what she was looking for. Quartz was her choice. After walking through the inventory I found several beautiful and affordable granite alternatives but she had already made up her mind. Tony was great to work with and explained the key differences in materials. He helped us with an undermount sink and also showed us the options for edges. Bolfing Bros delivered a detailed quote and they told us it would take 2-3 weeks. After we signed the contract they called us a week or so later to visit with the fabricator for layout. I was able to suggest an alternative seam location and it worked out famously! When the installers came out the ripped out the old laminate and installed new decking and then installed the new counters all the same day. When they left, everything was cleaned up and my wife was ecstatic.

Now they say they are too busy and if we give them $500 more they will try to find some time to come out and repair it. Mario does not stand behind their work. My husband, witnessing how stressed it was making me to try to keep up with household chores on top of it all thought that, sometimes, maybe we could bring in some help. But we wanted someone who used eco-friendly cleaning products, as I insist on doing. Someone who did a good job and didn't bother J, who works from home. We found our option here. After trying another service who showed up several hours after our appointment, we switched to KiG and haven't looked back. Our regular housekeeper is a delightful woman and seriously meticulous. The peace of mind she gives me is worth the cost, and my house always smells great when she's done. It may take me longer to afford furniture for my house as a result, but it's worth it to me to have a cleaner home! Definitely recommended.
