I brought my computer in because I was encountering major performance issues with games and just all around online browsing. They walked me through pricing and didn't try to sell me more than I wanted. I had them tune it up, and they offered to replace the hard drive for parts if I got it home and wanted it even faster. They fixed my laptop screen, but when I couldn't pick it up immediately they had a hard time finding it, when i did get there. They WERE in the middle of changing locations... I've had some ongoing issues wiith it that may or may not be related, but I'm reluctant to let it out of my hands again to get it looked at. Have used them for other repairs with no previous problem. Brought my Dell Laptop in after spilliing coffee on the keyboard. Received it back after 2 weeks and it would not go online after paying $147.00 They picked ip up, had it another week and it cost another $95.99 and it still doesn't work well. They are telling me to take it back for another "free" service tune up but I can't afford to. They have christian junk all over their office but when you see that on the wall but not it's service, it's fake and unaffordable. read more

My husband brought our computer in to be looked at because it wasnt powering on and steve thought it was the power supply so he took mine out and replaced it with another one...after that he tried powering it on and still nothing....so he puts my original one back in with a different power cord and come to find out that is all it was...JUST A POWER CORD....and guess what he charged for 10 minutes of his time? 60 dollars and says the power cord is free....WOW....it would have been okay if the computer actually needed repair or if you at least warned him about what its gonna cost before you go fixing things....That is the most expensive cord ive ever purchased in my life...not too mention about 8 months ago he worked on my mac computer and replaced my hard drive and said i need a disk drive as well...2 days later the computer starts overheating and my mac wont read any disks...charged me 300 dollars for that too...He is a really nice guy and if you dont ask about what your being charged for you might get screwed in the end...NEVER DOING BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!!!!!....JUST A WARNING TO PEOPLE WHO MIGHT BE FOOLED BY HIS KINDNESS!!!!!! read more
